From the review : "The noise is extremely low, and we could argue the noise reduction took away some of the fine detail. This could be fixed with some processing finetuning in the next firmware update."

This will never happen!!! From my long experience with Xiaomi devices and other brands there won't be any update ever for the camera performance and the quality will always be the same. That's something many reviewers say but it's rare and it happens mostly for more expensive phones unless it's a serious bug and the camera is unusable.
But this is normal as it's another marketing trick so you have to buy their newer device next time which despite having similar specs the software this time is indeed updated and improved. And this is the only time and way for you to get the
real software updates by buying a newer device. How sad this sounds but it's true.

97% stability score over at 3D Mark Wild Life Stress Test is impressive.
Better to have slightly slower but stable chipset.

mediocre camera, no OIS, no fm radio... far from perfect, just a good cheap phone

Aaand, the ghosting/smearing is back -_-
            Yaay...
I think I'll just wait for the Realme 8 or for a new Motorola G phone that's rumoured to come out soon.

I am still gonna pick tge Poco X3, it has an better ultrawude cam, battery life and main cameras. Resolution isn't everything yes, but 8 MP ultrawide is trash

Anders, 22 Mar 2021If this had been Exactly the same as the X3 NFC but with th... moreLol.. that why Poco F3 EXISTED !!!

and what about the other 50% people that still not in 5G coverage?

At least Poco give people option ...

If this had been Exactly the same as the X3 NFC but with the Snapdragon 870 5G and a triple card slot then it would be perfect. But instead it's using the 4G Snapdragon 860 and has downgraded the main and ultrawide cameras yet it's apparently the X3 "Pro"

So it's more 4G trash. I guess if you live in some backwards country and haven't got 5G yet it might be worth getting but most of the USA, Europe, China, South Korea ect has at least 50% 5G coverage now so it's irrelevant to me

Please don't respond with your opinions about how 5G is useless. I don't respect them so you'll just be wasting your time 🤣🤣

                    Better panel than x3 nfc?

Great phone with great price. This model will dominate the market.

The performance comparison is awful. You should have put some phones with snapdragon 855 , 855+ and 865 and 870 so we can notice the difference in performance between some more expensive model not just the weaker ones.

0.9 nits Minimum brightness is dimmer than 90% of OLED smartphones on the market would be great for night use

Even for reviewed phones OVERALL on this site for even the $1000 ones , this panel is high quality in my books

Such a darn shame it's missing at LEAST 3 LTE bands that would have made it great to use in the US...this seems like a really good budget phone with great performance.
