The competition is so hard in this budget segment that even this release by motorola isnt worth it, poco F3 easily beats it on paper. Although it does have its own selling points.

Still there will probably be markets where only one or the two is available and the pricing of both phones will be different in different markets. The g100 is unlikely to be a massive seller but it is a reasonable option for consumers who prefer lcds

In my country it is already avaible at 510 EUR, which is way too much. The phone is intriguing with jack/SD card combo, stock Android 11, large battery and natural support for external displays but it doesn't have 120Hz-144Hz screen, gets only 20W charging, lacks stereo speakers, has plastic body and GG3 front LCD panel so it must be priced at no more than 300-350 EUR to fight against POCO. Hope Motorola at least discount it ASAP.

With Poco F3 coming out in days, not a chance for this Moto...
F3 costs 150€ less and has aluminum frame with GG5 front and back, amoled 120Hz, dual speakers, Infrared port, 33W fast charging. Moto only has sd card slot and 3.5 jack to counter all this.

Motorola customer almost 20 years. Now they're just producing sub-average (no surprise, since Lenovo builds them). My 4 year old Z1 force will outlast all these Moto phones. Also the new screens are very suceptible to breakage (not like my old Moto Guerilla Glass). Samsung S21 beats the pants off Motorola in almost every category. Besides all the camera hype, pro photogs still use pro equipment, not phones. Bye bye Moto for me.

Where I live, it's priced 380 euros so for me, that's a no brainer :)
Clean, bug free software, excellent cameras, great screen...
What else could you want?
It's not perfect but I don't see anyone else doing it "better".
Xiaomi has the F3 sure, but not everyone likes the bloated, ad filled MIUI.

One camera punch hole in front hurts the eye enough. Making two punch holes separately is an absolute eyesore. I can't look at that thing and feel ok. Yuk

That battery life is poor in my opinion, my Mi 9t with 4000mAh has 100hour endurance. Also i'm not impressed with chipset performance. Overall this device is overpriced and there are much better devices for that money.

Battery life is awful, even phones with 4000mah are better. Speaker is lowest quality. Screen is mediocre/not too bright. There's nothing great about it. Useless.
