After a little research on the net i found several people claiming their Xiaomi Mi 11Lite 4G's have Widevine L1.
It seems like the reviewers got a different model.

Perfect phone - weight is everything! I waiting to upgrade from Mi9 (173 g) and now is it here! Only 159g, battery +950 mAh, better performance, display, ram... oh God bless to Xiaomi!

FHD display is related Widevine L1 ... yes.

Unfor... moreI don't like the MIUI either, but Xiaomi (Poco) are very loosely with there regulations for custom ROMs. You can easily install an almost root android ROM if you have some technical knowledge. I myself have a Poco F1, but there are ROMs available for a lot of Xiaomi phones.

Are there different kind of Mi 11 Lite 4G? Because mine does have a SD Card Slot and also Widevine L1.
It is the EU Version though

From the hardware specs this is a dream phone for me. Unfortunately the MIUI isn't my cup of tea. I'd rush to buy it if it were an Android One phone.

Besides, I think the price difference will be larger than the €70$/70 stated on some sites. In reality, I expect that differnece to be more like €100-€150.
