I love the look of this phone. The stripy design looks fresh. Dimensity 700 with 6GB RAM sounds good

This 5G offering from Poco and mediatek is going to be a good deal in the market

Ahh it came so close to being perfect.. only if it had oled (60/90hz doesnt matter) instead of LCD panel, id had bought it in a heartbeat at the given price point of 13500/- for the 4/64 variant.. dayum so close.. will wait for the next phone that launches with oled + dimensity 700-800 + 5000-6000 mah battery perfect trifecta smartphone.

Good to see that company do something good

$157.37 in an online store here for the 4GB but is sold out since it also has a mystery gift. That price I think is fair compared to the MSRP price.
I was so interested since one can't go wrong with with its insane specs and price. Im not alone with this thinking as it is sold out since I received the marketing email.

Poco F2 Pro no longer available by the way.

miui is the worst UI ever

When I compared the Poco M3 Pro 5G specs against the Poco M2 Pro, I actually find the latter to be a much better buy as it has 4K video recording support, an ultrawide camera, GG5 glass protection, and a faster wired charging rate. The only reason to get the former is because of 5G connectivity, which is still in infancy for pretty much all countries. Even when you think of futureproofing, there will be a newer chipset in the future with faster performance and also faster connectivity. So I really see no point in buying a 5G phone until there is a mainstream worldwide adoption of 5G network.

Izwan, 04 Jun 2021I see this phone like the Realme and Note 10 5G to be good ... moreBINGO!
Finally an insightful commentary. This is exactly the use case I'm aiming for. Simple phone to use as a communication device + capable hot-spot for my laptop (where the real work is done).
