From my previous experience of using various Xiaomi phones, Xiaomi never put ads on Mi and Mi T models. I always see it on Redmi and Poco-branded models only.

I would say the battery life is mediocre to less than average considering this thing has a 5000mAh battery. The 888 is proving to be a no-go for me.
