These are common names and common names are not registered. Any Sammy didn't even register the Note name, anyway (because it's a common name)

Hemedans, 30 Oct 2021In real life sd 660/665/662 is much better than g70 or G80,... moreActually, the Dimensity 1200 is supposed to compete with the Snapdragon 778G on the midrange market, not the Snapdragon 870. I do think it's fair to compare the Dimensity to that chip though, considering that all of the chips above can be found on phones with similar price points.
Also, from what I've seen, the Snapdragon 662 is better...only for the day-to-day usage. The Helio G80 has a more powerful GPU, but it only has 2x Cortex A75 vs 4x Cortex A73 on the Snapdragon. Plus, from what I've seen, the Snapdragon can support UFS 2.x storage while the Helio G80/G85 can't (Though, I might be wrong)

And compare dimensity 1200 with sd 778 and leave sd 870 is not fair. The real competitor of dimensity 1200 is snapdragon 870, that's why same phone use them, like Poco F3 and Poco F3 GT.
