I have nova 9 and I really like curve screen is nice feel like premium phone and night photo is good but not too good quality image, battery is small but watching YouTube and daily app is can use with single fully charge, audio is loud but not good sound quality, Google is ban on this phone, so I have to some tricky to used Google app and the most like thing is my huawei nova 9 is not hot so why some people say it hot?
With lacking water resistant and stereo speakers, otherwise it's a good phone I recommend it!

Been using this phone for about an year. The was quite a good in the start its batter performance and everything was upto mark but after 6 to 7 months the batter got a heck of downgrade. Performance still quite same.Main camera is good but others are just for show. Wide camera lacks in performance. The mobile itself is beast in its price range.

Excellent phone regarding performance.. Screen and cameras.. Fast charge also..
No cons except you find it tricky to handle google supported apps.. I recommend it ,, but if you have a google app you cant live without,, then samsung and oppo will be good

I have just bought my new Huawei nova 9 everything else is good the only challenge l have is the heating up, any ideas, am not a heavy user the heating is just annoying

A 480hz super... moreThere's nothing "flagship-grade" about this display. 600 nits of maximum brightness is fairly low even for upper midrange devices, it's not manufactured using a cutting-edge material (E4/E5) nor technology like LTPO. Not to mention that the colour accuracy seems to be also quite mediocre.

I have bought nova 9 a week ago. I live in Lithuania, and in that region you don't get a case in the box. That's not good because I needed to buy the case and wait for 3 days, I was scared of dropping it because the screen is curved. After all, the phone is very great and, I couldn't find better device for that kind of money (243eur) the main camera is great, but all the others are poo poo garbage. I have come from mi9, main camera is better in nova 9,but I liked the ultra wide camera on mi9 so much. I recommend this phone.

This is my first time using a mobile without GMS and it really is taking some time to use to it. In fact, I think we've been held hostage by uncle Google for too long that we are lost without it. It is very similar to what Microsoft does on PC and laptop with its Windows. Average users will get lost without it and it will take time to get to use to it.
Nova 9 itself is a very good phone. I love the curved screen design, which feels very premium compares to other mid range phone. Heck, even $1000 phones are all flat nowadays. The fast charger is blazing fast and it is one of the lightest phone in the category. Both front and back cameras are great, comparable to Samsung.
Overall, Nova 9 is a beautiful light piece and offers much more than it's price. The only problem is that I need some times to adapt living without GMS. I believe if this phone offers GMS then it will sold out like peanuts.

I have still Huawei nova 5T of 2019, it had google services, and let me tell you with 128 and 8 RAM, still is a contender for most new middle range phones, and I belive Nova 9 is practically same.

After buying this mobile I am really disappointed. It is not user friendly at all. Important apps are not available on Huawei store, searching apps should have the exact name! and I have no idea what « search » means to them in 2022!!
Gspace is trash and full of annoying ads. This company is trying to survive and the mobile is very expensive regarding the features it provides. Not recommended at all! A really bad experience.

I have Huawei Nova 9 as my daily phone, and i have complaints about it. Not having playstore is not an issue... I had all app that i wanted... Camera is and performance is great, i love the design... Small battery but can last me a full day because of Emui...
