It should be something that one has to know and accept if he/she decided to purchase an Android, especially most models from Chinese OEMs.

I am sure after 3 or 4 months you will see people trying to sell the Reno 6 Pro at significant loss compared to retail price.

I usually keep a phone till his Death (my S8 now has a battery drain, a front glass almost destroyed and so on…), so I do not consider resale value.

Since you like reno6 aesthetically, x3 neo won't differ too much anyway with still curved screen and back design. with the rest of the specs almost identical. As for myself, soon i want to import find x3 (non-pro) from China since that one has all pro version's niceties with more efficient processor. Compared to reno6, find x3 has two 50mp flagship-grade cameras, 120hz LTPO screen, and some IP rating. All the best choosing =)

Why? Because Oppo always drop the prices after a few months and will drop again when new model (i.e. Reno 7) about to launch.

Here in Italy this phone cost 799 euro (749 in Black Friday Period); X3 Neo 549/599 Euro: I like more Reno 6g estethically, but this is worth the difference? I have to change my S8 and I can't make a choice: i fell in love with One Plus Nord 2, but there is no physical store to try it....A52s seems good, but in my hand feels terrible...now I'm in love with this 2 terminals. Didn't consider Xiaomi due to proximity sensor bug and MIUi, the only other alternative is S21, but the feeling is that is overrated. No Iphone...i don't like it.

I have since launch the Oppo Reno 6 PRO 5G Blue with the free giftbox Oppo band, enco x and black case. Now i conclude that this is absolutely my best device ever. The power consuming is very low and the options to use are so massive. i am also impressed about the camera Quality and the sound quality hi-fi with Deezer and the ENCI X is awesome.

Gratefulpixel, 11 Nov 2021Mine doesn't have the text on the back. Just the oppo logo 😀I think all Oppo Reno 6 series now have text at the back. No text on the back of Reno 4 and Reno 5 series.
