Reading this review it's enough to put people off buying this smartphone yet the original review was sparkling it certainly doesn't give much trust to the review process howether I now have this phone on Android 12 miui 13 and it's fantastic, even the camera is decent especially with the gcam download, the screen is fantastic the speakers are the best ive heard the battery life is exceptional and the proximity sensor problem is solved the fingerprint scanner has no equal and the price was just 200 pounds for the higher ram and storage varient nothing can touch this phone for value.

Jack, 03 May 2022I bought it in August 2021 & the phone is totally dead ... moreThat is what warranties are for; because all mass-produced products have a certain % of failure rate. I guess I am lucky because my experience with Poco F3s been good so far. Yes, F3s because I bought 2 of them. The first one was a 6/128 that i bought last year and sold it after 6 months to a mate that wanted to try Poco. I bought another one in 2022, a 8/256 in the new silver color and is still using it.

I bought it in August 2021 & the phone is totally dead (can't turn on) in April 2022. Lasted only 8months. Luckily it's still under warranty.

I have this smartphone and it's great.Paid 180 pounds for it the higher storage varient of the UK mi store. Its running miui 13 on Android 12 and it's doing great.I don't use the high refresh rate as it uses more battery and I don't see the benefit from using it.I also presume it has a Samsung E4 amoled display but I dont know how to find out this piece of Information. My only complaint is they fitted three rear cameras of varying quality but why don't they just fit one fairly decent standard wide higher res camera like the 128 megapixel camera and forget about the ultrawide and macro as both are poor in reality and just focus on the one decent camera which is what most people use most of the time. The Snapdragon 870 is the right choice, stable high end performance at its best. This is a 9/10 phone, and even more now it's cheaper.

NO SD CARD SUPPORT = NO BUY. I have already a fast 512GB micro sd card from my previous smartphone. We have to not buy smartphones without 3.5 jack or sd card support. I wouldn't buy it even if it was at 100 euros. I bought the awesome Poco x3 pro instead. Avoid smartphones without sd card support so they will learn their lesson. 😏

Already have a Poco F3 for about half of a year. It's still going strong, a really good phone for a price that low. The better refresh rate of the screen is really the best part, battery is amazing aswell. No heating issues on my phone though see it's prevelent. Still do not regret buying it.

Sure, not a standout nor a record-breaker its just plainly average for reviewers but for a guy like me where I dont have the luxury of experiencing multiple phones, man the Poco F3 is a smash hit, but anything's an upgrade from my previous Samsung J8 anyway but that's besides the point, I knew what to expect and didn't asked for more and boy this phone just ticked all the right boxes for me. Solid price, performance, and specs like being AMOLED, 120hz, and liquid cooling. I couldnt have asked for more. And sure its not gonna be the top dog in performance since its a step below the 888 but its honestly more of an advantage since it only means lesser heat for that doesnt compromise on performance for my use case, and I do semi-heavy gaming.
A year later, I'm still proud of my purchase and stand by this phone. If it helps, being broke makes you better understand the value of your purchases, and while the reviewers were impartial as from what I can tell, its still worth acknowledging.

There are serious issues with the network on the Poco F3 in Europe. I am in Austria and i am on one of the best network mobile providers here. But the phone is having serious problem with the network. It gets really hot while speaking on Viber or Whatsapp ( in 5 min. The temperature gets like from 23 up to 43 Celsius) sometimes even even while surfing on the net with mobile internet. Always on the mobile net. When is on Wi Fi it works perfectly fine. This is not isolated case. Reported the problem but until now no response at all. Usually don't write such a things but when you pay for a phone and the phone is not worth it. Really sorry for the bad review but maybe this will prevent someone else from buying and having the same problem.

Amirmahdi 9741, 28 Jan 2022Can anyone please suggest a way to fix the battery draining... moreSome aps draining it. Change battery mode or actually the simplest thing would be charge your phone over the night
or simply turn it off...
The choice is yours, but first check what apps and services are allowed to run while screen is off

Amirmahdi 9741, 28 Jan 2022Can anyone please suggest a way to fix the battery draining... moreI have the f3 and no battery drain issues for the most part except sometimes cnss_diag uses battery then I need to restart the phone for it to not be opened up because I'm not sure what system process it is and how to stop it.
