OnePlus Nord 2 long-term review

The OnePlus Nord 2 is so bad,I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemies.
Pros:
-fast charging speed ( when the stars are aligned)
-if you get the pac-man edition,a beautiful glass back
Cons:
-the processor chokes and dies if used in the summer heat IN SHADE
-the phone loses connection all the time,and even with 5g,it stutters like hell ( AT FULL BARS )
-the " clean android 13 " is useless,hard to navigate and bugged like there is no tomorrow. When it upgraded to 12, I saw some issues,and hoped that 13 will fix them. It didn't.
-when the phone is cold like a brick,the temperature freezes the screen,and inputs take longer to register.

One plus is a garbage i regret spending 30 k on this grabage cell Phone
You can't edit comments in YouTube videos. A major but in one plus Nord 2T 5g
Skype doens't work properly on this garbage fone u can't expect such PATHETIC performance by 30 k lphone

Everywhere says about good camera quality. Well, actually it's terrible. Colours are completely off and image is oversaturated and oversharpen. Even with all options off it's just bad. Complete dissapointment.

The dark mode was always active. Yes:=).

Why doesn't GSM Arena start including a feature item " Ringer/Alert slider Yes/No" in the spec sheets for all phones?
Perhaps the reason other manufactures don't bother with the alert slider is they think nobody cares about this feature. They are wrong! One of the main reasons I buy OnePlus phones is because of the alert slider.

I sold my one plus nord 2 phone because of the bugs it had in the software. Some bugs were extremely irritating. I bought samsung M52 now. Even though this new phone is average, but its far better in comparision to nord2. So many bugs and new bugs are introduced with software upgrade.

One plus nord is good phone but Amazon is not a good selar renewed Nord variant return or replace policy very warst i am not happy & all customer health not good so please Cheng return or replace policy

Does OnePlus Nord 2 still throws out everything from its within and everywhere resulting in explosive consequences or they really treated their this patient or its just timing loose motion waiting to happen to anytime just like s ticking time bomb ??

Nord was my First one plus phone. I bought it on 5th Feb, 2022 and today is 9th Feb, 2022 (I returned it)
2 main reasons.
1- it's not good for gaming. Especially if u play Asphalt 9.
The Maximum frame rate ur gonna get 49fps.
And after playing for around 1 hour it will start to lag extremely and will close the app automatically and will throw u on home screen.
No, it's not because of Dimensity 1200
Dimensity 1200 is really good processor.
And tbh seeing Dimensity 1200 I bought Nord 2 over Sanpdragon 870 in Mi 11X
But, it was such a Sh*t phone so I returned it.
2- I heard Nord 2 explodes.
I watched lots of reviews don't know if they were saying truth or lie.
But if they say it explodes more often.
So I don't think we should take any risk.
There are other brands too out there.
And I guess we shouldn't take any risk if it comes to someone's life.

The UI actually has been cripled by OnePlus, actually it is a complete disappointment.
Almost no native apps, all google stuff.
No native dialer, no native contacts, no native messaging, no native agenda, a so so calculator, no native email app with exchange support and no music player at all.
In dark mode the UI is black, but all the google apps are not, they just dark gray. So theming wise it doesn't match.
Some may like these google apps, but I am one of the many that don't and prefer native apps.
If youbhave native apps you can still always install the google stuff, but the other way around not.

Oneplus 6 and 7 series have the same issue after updating to OxygenOS 11. Users been reporting this issue to Oneplus since about half a year ago, so it seems they still haven't managed to resolve it

Connecting with Bluetooth is fine but Android Auto full functions and specifically Maps doesn't work. Very frustrating.. Surprised that the phone is launched more than 6 months back and these basic bugs still exists

One more issue is that it doesn't get connected with Android Auto. Service Center puts the blame on car when I showed it connecting on OnePlus Nord2 CE, then they opened the job sheet but no resolution or TAT.
This is my first OnePlus product. Not happy with the same..

I wanted to buy a smartphone with a jack it was extremely important to me. Same goes for higher refresh rates and such. I loved Oneplus in the past and originally wanted to buy another OnePlus but they had so many deal breakers to me that I switched the brand. So it might matter.

But I prefer set Resolution to "medium" and all the other settings to "high"
In my experience, autonomy became better with time.
Now using European A15 update (A16 was released, but not available yet in my country).
I think autonomy is now average.
My opinion : it's a very good phone in all aspects...except selfie cam, ultrawide and autonomy which are average.
