Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra review

I was very keen to purchase an S22 Ultra having exclusively used Samsung phones for the past 10 years. Currently I have an S20 Ultra and being only a couple years old, it now has trouble charging, screen scroll is sticky, fingerprint scanning is frustrating and I end up using the pin after 5 attempts more times than not. I am slightly hard of hearing and find the S20 ultra volume output disappointing, and no capacity for the plug in earphones that I prefer to Bluetooth.
So I want to upgrade. Whilst the S22 Ultra was my go to top pick, having read your review, for which I thank you sincerely, I will broaden my search to include other brands. The Volume is one of my top 3 must haves, and with the specs in your review, it's just not going to do the job for me unfortunately.

And their point is not that don't care about camera but that the cameras aren't all that great for important things. And are not being very well managed or upgraded. They are good for blind users, but not up to par to where they could be and very over processed.
And they have the right to post here about that

I would have posted the same @ iphone 13 pro wich also has a great camera. Actually i own one of the above; s22u òr iphone 13 pro, won't tell you wich one and they are both very good devices in any aspect.

I have zero allegiance to either side and freely use both. Tbh iPhone has the superior UI when it comes to I want my phone to do these things and I don't care about anything else. Where as Android is good in terms of I want my phone to do everything and I want to tinker

I work in non connectable areas and using SD card memory rather than cloud storage is an advantage(also when flying, in the bush, watching movies, working on technical files)

Not so, SM-9080 is Snapdragon variant with an unlocked bootloader however there is more ROM Development for Exynos variants.

since the phone got only two telephoto lenses, say at 2x zoom how clear will it be or what would it look like ? would it be LESS clear than 3x with designated lens ?
also 4,5,6,7,8,9X ??? am kinda confused !...

Overall, its a great phone. Incredible smooth crystal clear display, stellar camera, beautiful UI providing ease of use. Performance is remarkable, even if its the Exynos version, no complains there. Battery seems to drain faster than older models, it may be due to the 120htz adaptive refresh and S-pen drawing some power along with QHD res. Still can get at least 8hrs screen on-time. Glad Samsung stopped provinding 16GB RAM, 12 is sufficient. Unused RAM drains battery. Gaming? Idk, I don't game. Speakers may sound a bit thin, not bad, but its understandable since its located near the S-pen housing, and those parts need to be water-sealed for IP68. S-pen is located on the left to make room for the HUGE camera module. Only true complaint is with the price tag this time round. No charger, no SD card...Samsung copying Apple's marketing schemes. Shame on both. Other than that, cheers!
