The benchmarks in the article are already showing the inferior performance, battery life should be better at least.

    "Much better than the G96" L O L
Guys, I love you but you shouldn't hire everyone to do hands-on articles.
Snapdragon 680 is a rebranded 662, the only difference being that it's built on a smaller node.
Compared to the G96, it's a massive downgrade performance wise.

cyber, 07 Mar 2022android 11 -really ?!Unfortunately it's happening more and more. I wish Google would mandate the latest version of Android for phones launching.

              android 11 -really ?!

It is articles like this praising Snapdragon 680 as a better chipset than Helio G96, that nakes me loose trust in you.
Any good reviewer would call out 5 year old Cortex A73 being used at this price when last year's model had a recent ARM design.

IpsDisplay, 07 Mar 2022"the chipset a respectable Snapdragon 680 on a 6nm nod... moreThey mean, the manufacturing process? If that was what they mean then I would say that they are right.

164.4mm is "not too big"? It's pretty big. I'd say 150-160mm would be a medium-sized phone.

"the chipset a respectable Snapdragon 680 on a 6nm node - much better than the Helio G96 sitting on its 12nm"

Come on man Gsmarena team.. stop trolling

                        The 680 is essential a 662/665

The g96 is in the same class as the Snapdragon 695 with 4k 30 recording capabilities

This is not baseless or speculative when you guys release your X4pro and AMOLED global M4pro youll see that I'm telling the truth

Techtablets on YouTube even compared the two phones and they are virtually identical performance wise except in antutu.. but real world performance says otherwise
