Check video call quality on other platform like telegram or facebook massenger the ask expert for help.

I bought this once this phone got released. Really disappointed with the WA video call quality, it really makes me look like I've put some filter and so blurry in a weird way.... I hope they'd fix along with the phone updates 😭😭

The only real issue for me is WhatsApp video calls.
Compared with what I get from Google duo, it looks like is not using the sensor to its full potential. Like using very very low resolution and oversharpening the resulting image.
I contacted both Xiaomi and WhatsApp assistance. Xiaomi says they are not aware of this problem, despite on the internet thousands of people complain about it and WhatsApp is even worse: they just do not understand the problems and reply with premade messages that are not at all related to the issue am trying to report.
Maybe all of us should send a feedback to Xiaomi, so they might finally admit there is a big that needs to be fixed.

1- The quality of the video for whatsapp video calls is beyond horrible.
2- Some instagram videos play in slow motion but the audio runs at the proper speed.
3- And I can't store contact numbers in the sim card.
Does anyone know how can I fix these things? Thanks!!
