notafanboy, 05 Apr 2022Sony? Keep telling yourself that.Ofcourse from my experience xperia 5ii / iii is far more superior with those sd card, headphone jack goodies and i just got my Android 12 update for my 5 ii, the only thing may be the telephoto is a bit worse

      $900 and no telephoto camera?

      LOL

Im happy with my G100 with pretty decent 5G SD870 soc while still having 3.5mm jack & sd card slot. Going to keep this for atleast 4-5 years.

Hey guys, i got this phone for 620€ and the edge 20 pro for 370€ and now i cant decide which to choose. What would be suitable alternatives, i would like a fast processor 120hz screen and alteast 60 watt charging

Motorola is out of their mind if they think they can sell this device for 900$ lol.

Even Xperia 5II or 5III are better deals at the same price point.

The author should understand that 50k is a price inclusive of taxes and import duties which does not directly translate to $60k
Just like a $750 iPhone costs 79k+ in India
It’s safe to assume that if Moto Edge 30 pro launched in the US it would compete for the flagship killer segment being the $450-500 segment.
And I request all of you to please read the entire review keeping that in mind.

i think this phone is good. its an affordable 8 gen 1 phone currently, if not the cheapest. you literally get a 144hz which most companies dont (yes i know some companies that has 144hz im not gonna list them all)

I checked up the photos in comparison tool and they look worse than G100 ones, especially in good light. G100 is more than 2x times cheaper and has SD card slot to boot.

Here in Malaysia, you can buy them for about USD550.

900 REAL US DOLLARS (a.k.a. NOT a Monopoly money) for a phone with a literal 2MP DEPTH SENSOR?!

I'm not sure what they are smoking over there in Motorola but it I'd like to try some

Moto selling this model for insane pricing in India. With this battery life price should be less than 500$. We are not paying premium for company failure.

Not very impressive then… And still, I know I’m always ranting about that, but why can’t you have a pocketable phone in your lineup? Just one?
