Xiaomi 12 Lite review

It seems like Xiaomi skimped on the battery size to keep it thin. It's not a great idea with the higher end SD 7 and 8 chips. The SD778, 780, 870 and 888 don't seem to be as efficient as earlier SDs, or as efficient as the new Dimensity chips.
I don't know if it's just me, but I always seem to prefer Sony camera sensors. I've had Samsung sensors on the Redmi Note 11, 11 Lite and Galaxy S20 FE, and they don't do it for me.
Also, the flat, boxy design is so iPhone-like. Hands and fingers aren't flat.
I'd be inclined to choose the Realme 9 Pro+ over this.

I really like the design, and the color choices, HOWEVER, it's ridiculous to even compare Realme UI with MIUI. There isn't a "preference" because even their flagships suffer from occasional stutters or random UI reloads. I'm not a hater, I just want to see Xiaomi revamping their god-awful software.
Edit: Speaking of software, I just noticed that this phone is still on April's security patch. Major yikes!

I always have problems with xiaomi devices. Yellow spots on screen. Or other malfunctions. Does this sounds familiar to you?
