you have to suffer, 23 Aug 2022and i forgot to say that its smooth when new, but using it ... moreI get 10 pro as cheap as 550 bucks, 1 month ago, and previous version (9 pro) is definitely cheaper, which I don't consider any of these overpriced, unless you want to get your phone at the moment they get in the market. And non of these are slow on nor oos12 or oos13.
As oxygen os is actually colorOS and I have not encounter any sort of problems with it, I would be happy to know where is the "mess" you mentioned. It's my first op, previously owned LG G2(God bless LG, my best ever phone), Samsung S6(the terrible touch wiz), huawei mate 10(updated to emui 12 with some tricks) and my last one was iPhone se2, so I am familiar with most of uis out there more or less and except for long dead touch wiz they were super good for their time. I don't know how good were the oos 9 or older versions, but not "liking" newer ones is not being a "mess". (yes I hate status bar icons of oos13 compare to oos 12 but being a mess is a complete different thing)

Using this phone before I buy S22. After 3 month using S22, camera obviously better than OP10 Pro but S22 has shutter lag. Battery life also worst so decide to comeback to oneplus. damn i love oneplus camera although it shit. fast snap + ok camera

AlexP, 27 Aug 2022You are so bad with math 🤣What's more dangerous than people spreading misinformation is people who refuse to accept they are wrong.

You say my math is wrong, yet say nothing back up your point.

If you actually did the math you would know that a 1920 x 1080 pixel display has a total
                            2,073,600 pixels.
                            A 3840 x 2160 pixel display has a total of 8,294,400 pixels or exactly 4 times the pixels on a 1920 x 1080 display and hence the 4K moniker.

All those modern non flagship phones have what is called an FHD+ screen because they still only have 1080 horizontal pixels. A true 2k display is wider than that and hence why no manufacturer uses the 2K moniker on those phones.

AlexP, 26 Aug 20221080p is 2k screen 2K: 2048 x 1080 pixels; 4K or Ultra HD... moreIt's isn't called 2K and 4K because the Vertical pixels are close to 2000 and 4000. 2k in the name stands for 2 times the pixel
count of a traditional 1080x1920p 16:9 screen. So a true 2k display is 2560x1440. If you do the math you will know that equates to exactly twice the number of pixels as a 1080p screen. And 4k is 4 times the pixel count of a 1080x1920p screen, i.e 3840x2160.
