Weak upgrade (if one can even call it that) over the 9 pro. Same chip, similar performance and the same limitations.

The screens color calibration seems to be worse than the 9 pro though, which is a negative.

One thing they haven't mentioned is the internal storage speeds. The realme 9 pro has awful slow internal storage. Some other reviewers have said this is due to the limitation of the 695g, as other phones also using this chip max out at around 500 seq read and 500 seq write.

This is unacceptable for a £300+ device in 2022/2023.

They should have gone for a different chip. The 695g is played out & over a year old, and was also used in their previous model. Why have they recycled it? Chip shortages? I don't believe that for one moment..

It's definitely a NO NO from me.

    Oki, 12 Dec 2022I'm thankful there are still midrange phones with LCD ... moreThe last best LCD phone is X4 GT but not released outside china and india, currently using X3 GT other than big bottom bezel. The LCD actually pretty good and less worrying when leave it turned on for long (OLED burn)

      my POCO M4 pro 5g paid 190€ , except for the camera, it is better as value for money

        Umm... And where is this phone pro?) My GT Neo 2 is better in almost every spec listed. Weird positioning. It has to be really cheap, frankly, otherwise there is no point of buying it at all.

              I'm thankful there are still midrange phones with LCD and I see it as a pro. OLED is too saturated and it hurts my eyes

                Here in EU this thing will go 300+ which is a joke.
                But even at 259$ from china it's still not worth it...l mean to be fair I would get this phone for no more than 149.99$.. At least that's the way I see it.
