Good performance and camera but as what I have said before most Vivo and Oppo phones don't employ stereo speakers in their $400-$500, so a big PASS!

No one smartph... morev25 series has it and that model is still pretty new. your argument about living in the past is nonsensical. i would like to spend a lot on smartphones atleast full of stuff inside the box. not separately. i wouldnt want spend beyond $1000 on galaxy s23 ultra without charger and even no 3.5mm adapter..🙄🙄🙄 cmon man, think again. you are letting phone companies copy apple for sake of profit.

I have the Vivo s16 pro, I have to say IMPRESSIVE Main camera and selfie.
Comparable to the main of Iphone14pro, clearly better selfie.

Mighty impressive performance to say the least(rip Pixel phones), very good battery life(come on,put 5000mah already),and decent camera it seems.
I am also not a fan of curved displays and the lack of stereo speakers is very disappointing.
With aggressive pricing, it can be very competitive.
Thank god we finally see a decent SoC at the higher mid range after the snap695,778, snap7 gen1 etc.

Anonymous, 02 Mar 2023Who buys this stuff ????Those who are not stupid and don't spend craz 1000 -ns bucks for unimportant thing in life.. where wich cheap phone can make call same way as with expensive phones, text same like with expensive phones, browse internet same like with expensive phones.. and has PROPER camera Panasonic or Sony or Canon or FujiFilm etc.. purchased wich surpass 10x more than an smartphone ;)

Selfie cam is top
Problem comes on ultra wide and macro...
Dimensity 9200 like 8 Gen 2 is able to run current games easily. 9200 is maybe less than 10% weaker in most tests.
Next gen may use ray tracing.
No a single media tests ray tracing.
There's a benchmark : "Basemark GPUScore in Vitro".
9200 is about 50% ahead of 8 Gen 2...
Some next gen games may run far better on 9200
