It's crazy to see the Dimensity 8200 SoC, which is somewhat on a similar tier to Snapdragon 7 series, only got beaten by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 in the OnePlus 11R. It's about time we take Mediatek seriously again. This phone may not have excellent camera hardware or a headphone jack, but I would seriously think about buying this phone just because of that Dimensity SoC.

My Hoe, 02 Mar 2023too bad no UFS 4.0You can find ufs4.0 only with Dimensity 9200 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
Ufs3 1 speeds are :
Read : 2100MB/s
Write : 1200MB/s
Sure, that's the maximum allowed...but ufs3.1 that reach over 1500MB/s (read) aren't rare...
1500MB/s is the reading speed of a MacBook M2 256GB!

Anonymous, 01 Mar 2023sd870 is a 2years++ old soc and specifically poco f4 charg... morepeople here say buy a phone with a flagship SoC so that it can maintain its performance after more than 3 years. Here, a couple of years later, the price is far from the flagship with a mid-range SoC but can already beat the flagship SD 870.

Bought the chinese version already, haven't arrive yet.
I was between reno9pro+ and this, decide to go with the Vivo bcause it has better selfie, having a family with a kid use it alot.

Here's hoping they release this in Europe. They could just rebrand it as a vivo X90 Lite, or keep the V branding. Either way, we're quite starved of premium midrangers from vivo. Hoping they change that soon.

Lovely performance and efficiency coming from the Mediatek Dimensity 8200. Being above the good old SD870 is a great feat for a top midrange SoC.

Would be nice if gsmarena stop saying these samples are macro photography. Macro is not about background blur when subject is close.

Super Android 22, 01 Mar 2023Erm, polycarbonate frame will make the phone less fragile (... moresince when it is better heat dissipation? metal is better because it release the heat better than the plastic one unless you want your phone cool to touch but hot inside. Absorb shock? metal can bend not break like glass/hard plastic. it is hard plastic not the soft one or rubber so it doesnt absorb that much same as metal unless you are using soft case and mostly people would do. i know u want to stop hate comment about this device but stop thinking like this because metal of course is better. And because its frame made from plastic doesn't mean it is fragile. So many tough phone made from plastic u know. haters please, get something better to bash instead of plastic thing which is really old.
