Why people complain about the notch that much. Everybody ignores the gigantic notches on iphones blindlessly.

    But potential buyers (reading this review) do want to know!
    Could you please ask Samsung for an official statement on the matter (for their other phones too, especially A54) and report the response (or their refusal to respond) so that we are better informed?

      While thankfully you've put a note saying "Update, Apr 12: We've updated the charging results below based on further testing.", the note would more appropriately mention *what the changes were*, too.
      We'd also appreciate some explanation about it too: was there some mistake in the testing, some update delivered to the phone, something else?

        a52s still better than all of A series released since. the nerve these companies have 😂

            Anonymous, 13 Apr 2023Is this better than a Huawei Mate 20 pro camera and speed wise? Yes, of course it is. That Mate is way too old. I guess the P30 Pro still has a better camera, but definetly not better perfomance.

                    @GSMArena, it seems a bit strange that there was no mention of the update policy for this phone, commonly though to be 4+1 years (OS + security updates).
                    Are you not sure that this is in fact accurately the policy that applies? If so, we'd much appreciate if you get in contact with Samsung and let us know of their official response.

                            Ph is just OK. Camera quality is worst.i have brought samsung A 34 5g 5 days ago.its A waste of money.i don't like it.

                              There's no HDR, 1000nits useless Brightness!
                              I can't imagane why it's absent in A34 while we can see HDR10+ in A54
                              So there's another 8-bit Expensibe phone without HDR
                              I'm going for Xiaomi 13 Lite or Even Pixel 6a

                                    It's really boring, the only good thing about it is the years of security updates. Otherwise it's around as boring and lifeless as a phone gets.

                                        Alex 94, 11 Apr 2023Scratches....The material and matte finish that Samsung use since the A52 or so are quite resilient and highly durable. You have to really intentionally scratch the plastic. Meanwhile, glass is glass, and a simple drop can easily crack it. For using a phone caseless I would go plastic anytime.
