Google certainly isn't getting the software/hardware synergy right if battery life is that poor. It's weird that the 7a has a poorer battery life than the 7 when it's essentially the same phone. I think they've put a cheaper modem chip in our something like that. Someone on YT said that poor cell reception and connectivity was eating up the battery life.

Wew. On my quest of finding the upgrade for my aging Redmi Note 10 Pro, the Pixel 7a just failed as an alternative. So far the F5 is winning.

There is wrong information about HDR support in Amazon Prime Video. My Pixel 7 Pro does not support HDR in prime video.

So many disadvantages:
Lo internal Rom without micro SD card slot expansion, no good battery life, small screen. I wouldn't buy it.

Google has to solve 2 important things: better battery life and faster charge. I mean 18W is shameful, not acceptable anymore, even budget class charge way faster. Give us at least 45W or so.
