try running heavy apps or games and compare who will reach 0 first and 💯 sure exynos 1380 will reach it first. because inefficient and thermal problem like all chip from samsung fab

I could not find anything about glass protections, previous model had Gorilla Glass.
It's essential but in low range products samsung doesn't give u that feature.

Gsmarena once again rating phones based on their price class instead of price/value ratio. Budget phones always get 3.5, midrange 4 and flagships 4.5+ stars. This phone brings color accurate amoled hrr display, amazing battery life, good performance, quick charge and good updates for 200$. How is that 3.6 stars?
Meanwhile pixel 7a gets 4.3 with awful battery life, turtle slow charging, no jack, no microsd at more than double the price. Just because it's midrange phone. Logic left the chat

The processor looks attractive 😍
The main cam and selfie are good too 😍
My main concern is the lack of at least gorilla 3😔
And no IP rating 😔
Might stick with the Redmi Note 12 4G OR budget for the SAMSUNG A34 or Redmi Note 12 plus instead 🥺. Coz these are the best phones available in South Africa

My options in the tax hell that I live in
RN12 4G 4/128 $210
A24 4G 4/128 $220
RN12 5G 4/128 $280
A34 8/128 $290
Poco X5 6/128 $310
I'm fine with the performance of the G99, and don't care much about cameras or stereo speakers (an OLED display is essential tho), but Samsung isn't offering a version with 6GB in my country. I will probably skip it and get the A34.

Galaxy A34 in Indonesia is only available 8/128GB for IDR 3.5 million $235. This is a expensive when you look at the Poco X5 which has 5G, IP53, charger in the box. It's the same price in Indonesia.
