The moment a tablet screen has laptop aspect ratio then that tablet is pretty much useless. 4:3 is ideal aspect ratio and non of android tablets have that aspect ratio. Or atleast 3:2 aspect ratio like surface.

And that notch oh my god . if one wants to copy apple copy good features not some thing which is panned by everyone

any day buying ipad pro during sale for 599$(11 inch) and 799$(13.9 inch) makes more sense than this one

    The Guy/Team Who Thought And Implemented the brilliant idea of putting a Notch on a tablet should be fired immediately. No severance, no nothing. Just immediately. As of right now.

      Bigger is better. Love screen highest contrast & brightness. Wide notch looks so cute. Download Nova Settings then just adjust for you. I prefer totally 144 Apps Touch Icons on screen in same time. Also, convert Google search bar black and resized like Dynamic Island shape on Iphone Pro's. Probably, I can afford this in front of my 80 days, then I will buy. Huge Tablet screen & body size with only 750 grams, less than 2 Pounds. Also, it has LTE Phone Function. This tablet is also Smart Phone. I must buy, as soon as possible.

        For this kind of tablet, it should have either Windows or ChromeOS. Samsung can easily make a Microsoft Surface Pro 9 competitor with this kind of hardware. It's just a shame that the hardware is bogged down by what is basically a mobile OS in the first place and that most mobile app devs still don't have any interest for large screens in the first place. Even with ChromeOS on ARM, you can still natively run GNU Linux and install any Linux desktop software like OpenOffice and GIMP, to name just two.

        It's the similar story with Apple iPad Air/Pro where all the M1/M2 SoC power are wasted because of glorified iOS for tablets. If I'm going to own an iPad or a Galaxy Tab S, neither iPad Pro nor Tab S9 Ultra will be my choice. I'd be more than happy with vanilla iPad or vanilla Tab S9.

          Now THIS can be an actual laptop replacement

            Desktop mode, but without most of the apps. iOS apps are still far better in many cases too. Many, many, many, many more iPads will be sold, especially at this price, and for a good reason.

              Nobody is forcing you to buy the Ultra if you don't like a big tablet, the regular Tab S9 has a much more manageable 11-inch display.

                When will manufacturers realize that being "incredibly" thin is a very bad trend for a large tablet? I'd say they should start making large tablet thicker and add even larger batteries on them.
