Anonymous, 04 Oct 2023It's more sharpness applied on the non-Pro models. Not... moreNope, small patterns are clearly less defined on the Pro, and the regular 15 isn't suffering from any more sharpening halo artifacts than the Pro does. More sharpening would also mean more visible noise, but in thia case the Pro seems to be suffering from it more than the regular model does.

I know a lot crazy futuristic transformers spec android offer and also a lot people recommend me just getting android. End up I go for iPhone to try, until now I never care about crazy spec anymore, iPhone is more to user experience instead of futuristic light speed spec. Android is cool, but I prefer something easy to use and work straight away so iPhone is for me. Also I wish android could focus on user experience.

Back on topic, new iPhone 15 seems good, since I already upgrade from 7 to 14, I might skip this one for another 6-8 year later.

The only iphone i ever owned was the iphone 3g and i hated it very much. I still don't see anything special about these expensive bricks. A Nokia 6600 from 2004 with symbian os is still much more advanced software wise.

[deleted post]This is a recall in the making. These phones will melt and become a public hazard infinitely worse than the half dozen Note7s failing back in the days.

Sony Z4 Tab had no issues with SD810, because its giant body.
Unlike all phones with that chip.

If you love your android phone, you shouldn't be rage commenting in an iPhone review article.
Maybe you're the reason why android phones are treated inferior and why they don't receive as much attention as iPhones; you guys boost engagement of iPhone articles with dumb nerdcomments.

[deleted post]Kind of had a feeling the non-Max Pro is the more problematic one with overheating. Notice how this review did not at all mention what level of heat they experienced with this phone in the performance or verdict section when they were very explicit about not experiencing overheating even with effort on the Pro Max review.

Nick Tegrataker, 04 Oct 2023It's hilarious to see that the iPhone 15 Pro falls beh... moreA phone is a phone is a phone... they all have cameras, play music and connect to the internet... plus have that amazing ability to make and receive phone calls.
All Apple is doing is tweaking the spec a bit and calling it the 'next generation phone' so that they can maintain the cycle of at least some users buying 'this year's model' and junking their old 12 or 18 month old model which is, of course, perfectly OK. This allows Apple to maintain an all important income stream to boost their bottom line.
God forbit that customers should realise that any mobile is good for at least four or five years use and not keep on buying a new one every year.

It's hilarious to see that the iPhone 15 Pro falls behind the regular iPhone 15 in 48MP mode according to GSMArena's studio comparison - the latter is simply less noisy while maintaining more details across the frame.
I don't know if this could be attributed to the complexity of designing high definition lens for a larger sensor, or the (rumoured, not confirmed) use of the 2-layer transistor sensor on the regular 15, but either way Pro's only advantage in terms of what you get out of the main camera is ProRAW, which is purposely disabled on non-Pros.
