GSMArena ditch the "vegan leather" term and switch it to somethingsomething polymer. The vegan leather sounds ridiculous as fk....there is no such thing as vegan leather! stop being woke in this department

But it seems that the 13T and 12T series will be the fastest to roll out globally, but the 13pro and pad6 will be the Chinese version first...

Anonymous, 16 Oct 2023Xiaomi 13 pro then 13T pro is T stand for turbo version!Apart from the greater peak screen brightness, the T is not a turbo version at all, though. The 13 Pro is better in all other respects, except they both do 8K video on the main camera.

Waiting for the 13T Review, I'm contemplating buying that and will base my decision on the review by GSMArena. Hopefully it will come out in a day or two.

Anonymous, 11 Oct 2023It's not the same device...cameras have nothing to do!... moreMost of the smartphone lenses are made out of plastic. Very rare to find glass lenses on smartphones. Drop your phone once, the lenses might shatter.
Plastic lenses do have 10-15% drop in light transmissivity, but shouldn't affect image quality.

Anonymous, 10 Oct 2023Xiaomi's software has for some time prioritiesed high ... moreYou could set EV to -1 or -0.5. If the settings don't need to be changed before every shot, then it is an easy fix.
Another option is to install gcam or OpenCamera.

PandaMan, 11 Oct 2023Who should pay such prices? Logically, the same device is 5... moreIt's not the same device...cameras have nothing to do!
About main camera :
- K60 Ultra uses a mid-range 1/1.49"
- 13T uses higher end 1/1.28" (for exemple, iPhone 15 Ro Max uses 1/1.28")
About other cameras :
- K60 Ultra uses low end 8+2MP (you can find same cameras on Redmi Note 10 (2022) that costs 120€)
- 13T uses far better ones
About lenses : K60 Ultra hasn't Leica's lenses...look AT what costs lenses on glasses.
I'm agree, price difference is too huge but you can't say it's the same device, it's not.
