Based from the samples on Photo Compare Tool, the main sensor on the 12T pro produces better quality photos than the 13T pro. The 12T pro captures more detail if you compare them both at 12.5mp and become more evident as you switch it to 50mp.

Another CPUs from this efficiency area seems to be Dimenisty 1080, Dimensity 8100, G95 and SD 680. Vivo v27 Pro has an Dimenisty 8200 and has a review on GSMArena and seems to have great battery life. I think Xiaomi 13T will have great battery results beacuse of the 8200. I think those 4 x A55 make this "magic" happen.

The dimensity 9200 and 9200+ phones basically all perform worse for battery endurance than their snapdragon counterparts. The Xiaomi 13 pro with a better higher resolution screen and smaller 4,820mah battery scores 115h for example which is around 13% better battery life despite the higher resolution screen and smaller battery

Please stop calling it vegan leather. That expression makes no sense. It is just plastic, and there is nothing wrong with that.

In general, compared to Samsung, Sony, and Google, Chinese manufacturers are very loose with temperature limits and end up achieving higher temperatures for higher benchmark scores, which only confuses consumers.
In fact, in many reviews, Samsung maintains lower temperatures than other smartphones.

Also the tester clearly stated that "The phone got warm after an hour of running at peak load, but it was far from hot."
So not hot.
Anyone designing such a test should as a minimum focus on the temp of the chipset as that tells us how well the cooling system is doing, in addition to any noticeable throttling.
Also after the one hour of stresstesting this chipset only throttled to 77% of peak performance whereas the S23+ throttled to 67% on the same test.

Anonymous, 06 Oct 2023Given the 5000mAh, the battery life is terrible for web bro... moreNot all battery tests are run until the phone's battery is depleted. Smartphones with a non-linear battery curve (such as iphone) can therefore show over stated performance compared to real life performance on the video test. The call test is run until the batteries are dead, hence why iphone tends to do worse there compared to others as their highly non-linear battery curve cant trick the test.
The S23+ has a lower resolution display, so of course the battery life is better. Limiting multitasking (ios) will also give better results, but worse user experience.
All three phones should last through the day with fairly heavy use and the Xiaomi can charge significantly faster. It's not without reason why so many iphone users charge over night, as it takes so long.
Btw, nobody in their right mind should charge any battery powered devices inside of their house whilst sleeping, and especially not in the same room.

How did you manage to install 3D Mark on your device? On my Xiaomi 13T Pro the app says that servers are unavailable. Same result with 3DFX bench. And Xiaomi blocked that apps before.

The SOC is tiny and the vapor chamber is a much larger surface area to transfer the heat and also the entire screen transfers the heat away, not just he back of the device.

Kaloyan, 06 Oct 2023Did you see the CPU/GPU sensor temperature on the screensho... moreIs the temperature inaccurate, and if so, can you show proof of it via thermal imaging?
The GPU of the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 is known to draw up to 12 watts, which is far too much power for a smartphone to use, making proper temperature management impossible.
In this site's review of the Vivo X90 Pro, the benchmarks on the Dimensity 9200 reached a maximum temperature of 56 degrees Celsius, which is hot, isn't it?
The average person feels a device is warm when it's over 40 degrees Celsius, and very hot when it's over 44 degrees. If it's over 50 degrees and you claim it's not hot, you're lying. Either that, or both Vivo and Xiaomi are cheating on the temperature.

Anonymous, 06 Oct 2023Stock Android should be more optimised in battery usage, ri... moreIt's mainly the chips I think. This year Qualcomm's flagship chipset is just more efficient than Mediatek's. The Motorola edge 40 pro with snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and just 4,600mah battery scores 117h. The Redmi K60 pro in China with the snapdragon 8 Gen 2, same sized battery and a better higher resolution 1440 x 3200p screen than the Redmi K60 Ultra (which has the same screen as the Xiaomi 13t pro) significantly outperforms the k60 Ultra in terms of battery life. Has to be down to the processor. The snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is just more efficient. The battery life would be significantly better if it used the snapdragon 8 Gen 2 but it would probably add about €50 to the price

Malaysia
13T 8/256 = USD 387
13T Pro 12/256 = USD 538
With lot of freebies. None can compete it here performance & price ratio. None.
