Bettery to buy Moto g34 instead of redmi 13 pro+

Like if someone use flagship soc like Sd 8 gen 2 and decide to save on storage it's going to be ufs 3.1, ram will be lpddr5 atleast, Bluetooth will be latest, wifi latest etc. Even if they want they can't use lpddr3 or emmc storage soc limit them.

pro+ yet it downgrades to a mtk chip lol

Ten ..10 permutations combinations from one "13" line call it what you may, Xiaomi, Mi, 13, pro, ultra, redmi, note, +, + pro, C, S, 5G, 4G ...and so on and so forth lol...they are missing their turbo and one more variant

2MP for macro is a travesty, but the plant shot comparison doesn't convince me that the 4x "lossless" zoom has better color and dynamic range. In fact, in the 4x shot the green looks like it's almost the same shade and brightness throughout, whereas in the macro shot you can see more natural gamut of brightness and green hues. The main cam has a 200MP sensor alright, but the chroma resolution is 12.5 MP. Don't get fooled.

Pathetic bloatware infested phone. They boasted about their "Premiumisation" strategy during the India launch event. This is what premium means for them. Launching with Android 13 is also a scam. They are making fools of people. Hope this phone fails hard if competitors have brains to exploit these shortcomings in their marketing.

Not a good phone for asking price. 31K phone with Ads and a poor camera and older MIUI 14. There are lower priced phones with much better camera.

Some REDMIs are aesthetically pleasing, but the user experience is dramatic. If you have used Samsung and iPhone it is easy to understand.

Anonymous, 08 Jan 2024Since when SoC dictates how much phone should cost? It has always been that way. SoC is a center piece of a smartphone. It dictates the features enabled by the smartphone. So Yes, SoC is the first among the key components which determine the price of a smartphone.

K series is Redmi's flagship series although they don't usually launch their flagship phone globally. However, they do usually rebrand the base model in the K series as the Poco F series pro model. Last year the k60 became the Poco F5 pro. They did at one point launch the k series globally without rebranding (e.g. I think the k20 series was launched globally or at least in some regions outside China) but for some reason they stopped doing that.
