If other... moreYeah, the 50MP mode on Oppo is still a simple upscale from 12.5MP resolution, unfortunately. 2x shots are a proper centre crop from the full resolution so it's technically still 12.5MP, but because of the 2x2 OCL design of the sensors they use, the level of detail is very low and suffers from a lot of wormy artifacts (Commonly seen on many phones that use IMX766 that also has 2x2 OCL).

          Personally, I would say OnePlus 12's camera setup is a marked improvement from OnePlus 11 - less sharpening, less noise, overall better retention of details both during the day and night, a more neutral colour palette etc. X100 Pro and Find X7 Ultra set the bar *extremely* high in every single aspect though, and while OP12 still performs well in this regard, it's absolutely no match against the other two BBK flagship phones.

            Expected better results in the camera, why would they put a quad bayer 32mp in a 1k phone ? even samsung mid rangers have better sensors.

It was 919 euro though at launch based on the official Oneplus launch price (not current prices). For example, in larger European countries like Spain, Italy and France that was last year's launch price on the Oneplus website. Of course it's possible that in some European countries they could have charged a different price but that was the official European launch price they quoted at the launch last year

                  Snap8gen3 devices in general on geekbench have over 2000 on single score and around 7000+ in multiscore(S24Ultra gets around 7200)

                        I have held one, albeit the Chinese variant and if your talking about photos it teaches Apple exactly how it should be done.

                          What are you even doing that you need 30min 100% charging?
                          Also why you dont bother by these technologies wasting the battery life?

                          Super fast charging shouldnt even be a measurement if above 25W, and i will even say that above 65W should consider as a downside of the phone

                              How god damn ugly is back of the smartphone, since OnePlus 11 their design is horrible

                                Just 55% score in the stress test. What is the point of top soc then i rly dont understand. Just to rise price, and soc have performance of sd 7 plus gen 2 after all.

                                  This is the scenario most people dont care about(HDR content brightness marketing). Other flagships also have very high HDR brightness, but they have brighter displays than Oneplus 12. Gsmarena also mentions this on the review.

                                  Its not as bad as last years Oneplus 11,but it really sucks when a 2024 1000euro flagship has lower peak brightness under sun, lower even from mid range poco X6.
                                  Oneplus 12 will probably have the worst brightness in 2024 from all other flagships, like they did last year with 11.

                                  I expected way better from Oneplus.
