Im giving some info to the guy who said to 'just get a large phone'. 3:2 is even more area than 16:10. i say 16:10 cus thats what android tablets of 7 to 9 usually come in. He and the guy who wanted the 8 inch can decide for himself.

For most people considering tablet as a working device the only laptop alternative is macbook air atm, laptops with snapdragon x are a nice addition if you can wait a little bit.

It has HyperOS- no thanks. Forget about customization, widgets cannot be resized and they stay small on screen.

I ordered it 2 weeks ago, it's pretty incredible, I can switch between productivity and entertament in a blink of eyes, it is doing everything you need to do on a laptop since Microsoft 365 improved enough to work correctly now on phone and tablet. The battery life is huge and the 120W charger full it in 40 minutes. the Keyboad and stylus make it way more easy to use compared to an Ipad pro or the Samsung S9 while costing way less money. also the connectivity between it and my Xiaomi 13T Pro is the cherry on the top if the Sunday.

For the reasonins that there is no headphone jack or extra io on a device this large, i'm going to just stick to the lower specced Lenovo Y700 or Redmi Pad Pro / Poco Pad

No laptop has 600-800nits brightness for this price and as convenient to use in a small seat bus.

For DeX think the wireless mode would be convenient but not essential.

Tough decision between this and the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+. This has much faster charging and more affordable price, but the Samsung has 5G version, microSD card slot, and DeX. Also, Samsung has a more stable software support compared to Xiaomi. Four OS update is still more than plenty.
