This D7300 chip beats SD 778G and SD 7s Gen 2 on both CPU & Memory performance. GPU wise are both OK, with Adreno GPUs are very optimized for compute using Vulkan (for Warzone Mobile) and emulators (for DXVK and so). But its alright with its power efficiency to maintain long term use, plus with the optimization made by Oppo is insane.
I hope D7300 will adapt more phones for any OEMs, particularly on Xiaomi and Infinix, seeing a great value for the consumers.

D7300 isn't based on D7050, rather it shared common CPU config as original D1000 series, which later rebranded to D80x0 series.
For the price, there are lots of alternative from various brands and the Reno12 Pro simply can't be recommended for its launch price.

In short term...
- MTK screwed up very hard the Dimensity 7300 by giving just a Dual Core GPU. Even with Tri Core, the situation would be better. It can't beat the 7200.
- Oppo ruined the Reno series... giving the chip just to the normal version would be debatable, but giving it on the Pro instead on even the Dimensity 8100... is just a MASSIVE joke.
