Had to leave another comment because of the lack of NFC and then charging customers £19 for a card holder. This makes the total of the phone £200 if you want to use it with "less compromises"

This phone is an insult to consumers and Nothing themselves for even thinking of putting something like this on the market.

When I think of "Nothing" I think of a phone with no compromises and no gimmicks that gets the job done. Not selling me £19 for a mobile phone stand that can only be used for this device.

Thank you for pointing it out anyways.

I *could* forgive them for the lack of stereo speakers, removable battery and (maybe) lack of headphone jack, it's a first generation product after all and phones with sealed battery but removable back aren't new (some Huawei and the first Moto G come to mind) however the lack of NFC is a major omission, specially in a midrange device.

              Absolute garbage.....

Nice for kids only if it's cheaper for an unknown brand

Well, this phone doesn't have NFC at all, which come to think of it, is really unacceptable at this price.

Im not sure about this phone. It is what I actually were waiting for. Finally somone brings back the FUN in phones. But then again the phone would NOT at all fit my everyday needs. Having the utterly depressive depth sensor is just lackluster. Why give it such a mediocre camera?! Just make it 1 great camera and nothing else. Its nothing fgs! Sad that this phone will not sell great. I wondern why manufacturers chose these ways...its plain boring.

4.0 is a reasonable score to give considering the Reno 12 Pro was 3.9.

...until you find out that there is no NFC. A large percentage of people use Google wallet for payments and lack of such a basic feature is pretty detrimental. Would rather take even a Redmi Note 13 5G instead as it supports this

Efficiency and performance are the highlights of this phone... They were so close of doing something great, but the omissions of some expected or even basic stuff are hard to pass.

I really like the design, and I hope more manufacturers will adopt the trend of using screws because they make phones more repairable, but I think what ruins this phone for me is that it probably won't last longer than 2 or 3 years. The chipset is slower than an iPhone XR, it only gets 2 years of software updates, and it doesn't seem like the battery will be easier to replace than most phones.

They had me going for a while there, but inaccessible battery is a massive blueballing after all the removable-back teasing. It's like the original Moto G but without a headphone jack. Where's the beef?

Makes me excited for other 7300 smartphones in the future

I wonder how the compact 5.4 inch display unihertz Jelly max with 4000mah will perform battery life wise with that chipset

+Impressive battery life and screen brightness for the price.
+Decent performance for the price and interesting removable back design and accessories.

                                    But
-just 2 major OS Updates is very disappointing. Remember we are very close to Android 15, which means that next year this phones support will stop at Android 16.
                                    -No removable battery(epic fail)and IP52
                                    -No NFC
                                    -No Stereo Speakers
                                    -no charger in the box
                                    -no 3.5mm jack
                                    -slow charging

This is a cheaper Nothing Phone 2A, with quite a fiew compromises.
