In the age of phones having 256GB to 1TB of storage, the SD card excuse is almost pathetic, considering Android OS itself has not been supporting SD card fully for years.

If you're looking for an SD card in a folding phone, Huawei's your only choice. Otherwise, you can make a portable SSD work if you really want it to.

For those of us that leave our houses or have events happening dynamically in our lives, one might find that being able to charge quickly is useful indeed

It's like let's see how little improvement we can do and still get get away with it , by what you say it's fine so why should they improve it ? Should always push for more

First of all, 99 % of users don't charge from zero, so the time is much less. Second of all, 99 % of the time it does not make a difference since the user has a lot of time to charge it.
It has been a gimmick two years ago and it is even more a gimmick today.

Anonymous, 11 Jul 2024If only Motorola were serious about their support updates, ... moreExcept for the lack of an ultrawide (I don't think a 47mm telephoto is a worthwhile replacement), the Razr 50 Ultra definitely is amazing as a flip-style foldable phone.
Even so, the Honor Magic V Flip seems like the better choice, because its cover display has even thinner bezels while having just as good specs; the inner display has thinner bezels and its aspect ratio is 21:9 instead of 22:9, which is much more useable; its build profile is just as good and even slightly slimmer; the cameras are just straight up much better; it has 66W wired charging as opposed to 45W; and it's got a 4800mAh battery, which is the largest in a flip-style foldable phone ever!
In fact, the Honor Magic V Flip's only two faults are that it has no IP rating (as opposed to the Razr's IPX8); and having a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, and purely because that means that they had to go with UFS 3.1 instead of UFS 4.0 for their storage.

This design concept was 1st implement at Xperia 1 V and 10V since 2023 . Shame that samsung quietly use it at fold6 .
