                Even a charger in the box is enough to make us happy. I'm gonna support Chinese manufacturers till they stop providing chargers/cases in the box. I can't support greedy companies.

                          yalim, 26 Aug 2024I have a question for flip phones.Why don't they just ... moreUltrawide cams are usually less sharp than "normal" wide cams and distortion is heavy/extreme (needing strong correction, which further steals sharpness and makes image look unnatural). Moreover you'll want a big sensor and bright aperture for "main camera". My guess is that an ultrawide with a 1/1.3" sensor and f/1.8 will be a VERY expensive lens compared to a "normal wide" 23mm equivalent with similar sensor size and bright aperture.

                          Most people prefer best image quality with normal wide (23-28mm lens). It's generally awkward shooting everything in ultrawide say 13-15mm. People will look very strange etc.

                          It always makes sense to have the best camera module in the most useful focal length (24-30mm). Most serious photographers seem to think that smartphone main cameras are now TOO wide. Back when they were 28-35mm they were more useful and had less distortion which resulted in more natural images. The only reason we now have 23-24mm main lenses is because of physics (we want big sensor and close-focusing and not HUGE bulging cameras on the back of phones, chinese makers put 1" sensors but those phones are not balanced for good handling at all).

                            I have a question for flip phones.Why don't they just use a 13mm lens with a 50MP big sensor as in main cam next to 50mm zoom camera? UW camera can be used as a main camera at 26mm lossless. This would be 2in1 solution. So,there will be room for a secondary zoom camera.

                                First...this is not a review...is just first impressions. And it's ok.

                                But a invite you to look at videos on youtube, the biggest achievment of this foldable is the dimensions, it is so thick that i got estonished. In some cases when is closed is as thick as a normal phone.

                                If you add to that the Snapdragon G3 CPU and cameras..im sold.

                                Im i xiaomi 13 ultra user.

                                    These should be called "Hands-on First Look" or Hands-On First Impression" cause that's exactly what these editorials are, a First impression of the device design, feel in the hand, First impression of the functionality, features available, and fit and finish.

                                    It takes time for a review so that word should never be in such articles until a full review or a proper review can and has been done.

                                        I notice both mix flip and mix fold 4 has 68B colors for outer screen than just 1B colors for inner screen.. Why xiaomi not doing the opposite?
