They most likely captured these photos with a sufficiently fast shutter speed to prevent blurring resulting in a lot of noise, and in-camera JPEG noise reduction is usually pretty terrible so it left a lot of blotchy patterns in the images. I would've been happier if they were higher quality but I wouldn't blame them for this.

Huh, I don't see any damage on it - If you're referring to the general graininess that can be seen on a reflective surface from these photos provided by GSMArena, they are highly likely noises in the photos themselves and have nothing to do with the actual display quality.

They take everything related to the camera out of the body to pretend to have the slimmest Foldable. And people applaud them for being able to put periscope lenses into that big island. What an “engineering achievement”!

The picture with the crease while laying unfolded on the table tells you everything. The inner screen comes "damaged" out of the box, and I am not referring to the crease area only.
Is that the price to pay for the slimmest Foldable? Thank you, Xiaomi can keep this piece of sh.t! How will the screen look like after one month let alone one year!
The inner screen of my Fold 5 looks after one year exactly like day one and I am the heaviest Fold user you can imagine.
And then, there is the camera island. I don’t need to hold the phone to conclude that this Fold has a catastrophic weight balance.
The camera island is as thick as each side of the phone: congratulations to Xiamoi for offering the first Foldable with 3 sides.
And some guys post here Samsung should learn from the Chinese competition. They have no idea what they are talking about.

I hope the cameras on the mix fold are as good or better than vivo x fold3 pro. The honor v3 cameras are disappointing compared with vivo's

I've never heard anyone ask "do you have a fast charger that meets my phones specs?" They ask for a charger. Fast or slow is irrelevant. If it charges quick, all the better but they just need a charge.
Where you are things may be different, but as I recall each manufacturer has proprietary tech in their chargers. That means a Xiaomi brick won't fast charge a One Plus phone. Do you carry your brick wherever you go? I doubt many people do so in most cases when you're out and about, you're going to end up with charging speeds that are slower than what you get using the brick and cable that came with the phone.
You can't drive a new car off the lot without wheels. You can still charge a new phone with a "slow" charger.

I'd thought perhaps this might be the fold for me. I'd rather have had something that at least looked a little more solid. The big camera bulge, the visible fold line...
So I'll probably wait to see what the oppo/oneplus brings. One of these costs too much to make a mistake, though the longer I wait, the less I think I'm likely to buy a folding phone...

But what do you use to take your pictures? They're really poor quality, with very poor quality chromatic noise! Really disappointing from a site like GSMArena! And I'm not talking about the rotten white-balance photos in many magazines nowadays! Sorry to tell you this, but quality is going downhill! And I've been following you since you started!!!!

Unless you're into aftermarket, nobody has spare wheels, rims and tires laying around the house from their previous cars. Since Samsung is not upgrading the charging speeds, the two bricks and car lighter charger I purchased with my Z4 will work just as well with my Z6.
Everyone has different needs. Maybe you need a charger in every room. My issue with Samsung is the battery capacity. Not a charging brick.
Also, no company is putting their customers above profit. Whether they're selling mobiles or a bag of chips. They're all greedy.

I do like that it goes across the width to stop being wobbly when laying down but it is too massive. Should blend them in in my opinion and make camera modules thinner
