According to GSMArena's spec, it has plastic frame. Which version is correct, the old or this new one?

Anyone here knows for how long Edg... moreMotorola's UK, Italy and Poland sites specifically mention five major android updates on the Neo's page (Worded as "Get five Android® OS upgrades" for example). Can't help but notice this part was edited out of the article, and now it's listed as up to two. A clarification from GSMArena would be nice - did you guys get in touch about it with Motorola or what? It's kinda a dealbreaker.
