nion, 27 Sep 2024120W wired charging... won't this make the battery lon... moreIt's the heat that would damage the battery, if for example a 45w charger makes phone warmer than a 240w, then the 45w is damaging the battery more. Fast charging and the number written on power brick have no connection to battery health.
*45w was just an example, I don't mean any brand by that. You could find some comparison for temperature while charging in YT, Xiaomi is not on the list of cool ones while charging as I remember, but things may have changed.

Xiaomi makes quite literally better and on par phones than Samsung, only bracket where Samsung is good is the top Flagship phones, they are beaten below that by Xiaomi and others easly.

It's aggressive market overtaking, but with mediocre devices/low quality own software. I'm sad to say it since i really wanted to pick up something from them, but.. they are light years behind Samsung in any aspect

Looks like the way to success is to flood the market with your devices. I've just counted about 40 smartphones released by Xiaomi. How do people decide which one to buy when there are so many similar specs?

Alot of cries about no charger in box when its not their fault, as any other company they have to follow regulations.
Charger in box ofc in other parts of world, also seems they are selling the charger for 1eur if you buy it in xiaomi store to get around said regulations.
And yeah phone is overpriced so you get "free" tablet, aka not free but a scam to sell out some stock.
In 3 4 months price of 14t pro will drop to under 550 probably, which is its real value.
Doesnt look much better than 13t pro that is sold for 470eur for 512gb version, last years model for sure a better purchase until price of this one drops.

Lol what a promo ... In my country 14t Pro 12 GB RAM 1TB 999 € -200 € (with code) and free 120 W charger. Mi store in UK the same phone is for 799 GBP (which is 960 €) but! you will get free gift - Xiaomi Pad 6s PRO with the price of 599 GBP (at the same store) ... lol

This phone is amazing. My only complaint is the ultra wide camera. Why no 4K60? And why is Xiaomi sticking to that Same sensor?
As for the CPU, remember that the 8 Gen 3 on the S24 Ultra throttes to about ~60% of its peak performance. This is on par.
