NoOne75, 27 Sep 2024Xiaomi is going the Apple route - without Charger. And the ... moreWith the difference being that Xiaomi uses proprietary charging tech, you need their own brick or a compatible one to use the full speed.

Because most chinese brands ignore standards like PD or PPS.

Anyhow, no idea how fast a non compatible charger will charge the 14T Pro, but I know this was 18 watts max with previous devices.

The prices look more appealing in UK.

      For a while ,14T Pro 12+512 is £699, there a -£50 voucher bringing it down to £649, and you also get a Pad 6 tablet 8+ 256

OnePlus 12 is £799 in UK, S24+ is £999 for the same storage.

Stoon, 26 Sep 2024I think regular 14T will be a better options sunce Dimensit... moreGsmarena's battery test for the 14t is already available and it performs worse for battery than the 14t pro. You can check it on the specs for the 14t

TechNerd11, 26 Sep 2024Is everyone overlooking the factor that they didn't in... moreXiaomi is going the Apple route - without Charger. And the original, 120W max. USB Wallplug charger isn't cheap.

Nice premium look, i like the 14T Pro much more from Design, than the older 13T Pro.
It was pretty much clear, that the 14T Pro main Sensor is the same, from the Xiaomi 14.
The UWA cam remains also the same. Silver grey does look really sexy, indeed - and much, much better than the ordinary black one hereby. But i wouldn't shell out 800-899 EUR for that device - never, ever.

Very interesting, the now "old" 13T Pro Sensor is 1/1.28" size, whileas this new Sensor is negledible smaller 1/1.31" now. A camera 1:1 sample comparsion with the 13T Pro would being nice. I guess, when the 13T price falls - it's *the* bargain into the Xiaomi Lineup.

Anonymous, 26 Sep 2024Price is too high. It's almost the same as a galaxy s2... moreCall me whatever you like, but for 800€ I'd get a laptop with Nvidia graphics. Or midrange phone+Nintendo switch. Or phone+steam deck.. or 2-3 months old galaxy tab s9.. or.. you get my point.

If you want really all-in-one jack of all trades, only S24 Ultra. Spen, galaxy notes and all Samsung software are just working. Flawless. especially if you want more than 1 language (English).

Too bad these "T" phones are so huge and heavy... And even flagships are bigger. What is the limit? :(

This phone has Ultra HDR support built inside the default camera app, whereas the long released Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro do not have that feature yet. What a bummer. 😐

The four camera stove top isn't a good look. Needs a better arrangement.

I am shocked, no charger in the box, I don't like the way xiaomi is headed.

Price is too high. It's almost the same as a galaxy s24 ultra (promo price).
For 800e maybe Honor Magic6 Pro can be a much better option. What do you think?

This looks good but not great. Xiaomi needs to do better

Renato Russo, 26 Sep 2024Are these "AI" features supposed to run locally, ... moreI think the camera LM AI thingies are local, but image expansions, generative fills, translations, etc, maybe uses cloud like Samsung. But I hope they have offline solutions for at least some of them, like auto speech to text on the audio recorder.

Is everyone overlooking the factor that they didn't include a charger this time? What a shame!

                                "with good stability"
im sorry what did you look at the throttle test or the framerate over time chart you added to your own article? that thermal performance is appalling!

Xiaomi, what is this??? If 15 Ultra doesnt match Samsungs flag ship, then I am done with you (after 10 years).

A solid "meh". Hard to stomach the price if you can get a Oneplus 12 for the money. Xiaomi releases too many phones, and this one had to be deliberately neutered because they dont want it to compete with the upcoming Xiaomi 15
