Why does Xiaomi make similar setup between Redmi and Poco but end up with Poco as a champion in price? I mean is its potential to create jealousy for Redmi user where the price different can be used wisely for culinary hunting. Hmmm...

      I unfortunately had to jump ship to Samsung's Galaxy A series after 10 years with Xiaomi. Their update policy is pitiful, and it became a deal breaker for me.

        So basically you pay almost double of last year model for 1 more OS update, but lose 3.5mm jack and faster charging?
        Who would go for it, unless they forcibly take away all the 13 pros in the world from the market?? :o

Redmi Note 3 Pro, but since a mediocre 13T Pro, and M6 Pro into 2024, will not buy any Xiaomi phone anymore, and i've had many. Updates are always via OTA lagging exact 3 release cycles behind.

              The 8 MP Sony IMX 355 UWA Sensor is from 2018! Nice "upcycle" into 2025 from Xiaomi. Google used that exact old Sensor, inside the Pixel 3, for the selfie cam. Proof is here:

                      Clearly a downgrade on last year's 13pro

                      Seems to be a trend from manufacturers this year, receive a downgrade and pay more for it.

                                      Bad battery life, huh.

                                      Just let the users unlock the bootloader without complicated stuff.

I think some of the Xiaomi 13 series might have been the last of their phones with Samsung OLED panels. I don't know which supplier is supplying this screen but I agree it does look very mediocre to my eyes (at least on the Chinese version) when you compare it to other 1.5k screens on some other Xiaomi phones. It's not a Samsung screen though.
