They are wasting this precious specs for their shitty software... Guess i have to save on pixel than buying this as a mistake again i don't want to repeat as an android fan... No to Mi software...

Xiaomi POCO X7 Pro only has screen notification effect that lasts - just several seconds.
If you don't catch this, you will literally spend a lot of time near the phone without knowing if you had any notifiacions, messages, missed calls, e-mails, etc! You allways need to check your phone every time you leave it for a few minutes!!
Is it possible that this "flagship killer" model doesn't have a small 15 cent worth of LED light that blinks near selfie camera - like ALL other phones on the planet Earth?
Now, that's a shame!

;) had to register, otherwise my posts are ... moreJust wanted to double check with you that the versión with 12GB of memory is totally fine. I returned my 8GB unit because it was getting on my nerves and got the 12GB one as I should have from the beginning. Multitasking is good now as it should.
I think the issue with the 8GB model comes from the Chinese Redmi Turbo 4 not having this version, only 12GB models as the minimum. Global ROM is still based on the Chinese ROM, but as the latter never had to be programmed for 8GB of memory, that carried to the Global ROM that does have such version. So it is basically targeted to operate with 12GB of memory available but you actually have 8GB, so no wonder it closes/reloads anything you had open after two more apps are opened. The software just panic closes everything to free up more space.

Is there heat problem... moreLike in every phone, is like said if your car gets hot after a freeway travel. If you select all specs is a game HI is clear the phone will get hot. Power is not running cool on any phone.
I recommend get an fan, no doubt on it.

Morph , 06 Feb 2025Is there some kind of a protective cover on display? Becaus... moreYes it comes stock with a screen protector, and yes, it's worse than X6 Pro because it's a dust magnet. Literally have to use wet wipes on this screen.
You can see the protector if you look closely at the selfie came at an angle.

Is there some kind of a protective cover on display? Because it's a dust magnet. I have A55 Samsung and display of poco is covered with dust on the sides of display around. When looking closer you can see some foil on the display. It's very static and probably attract dust.
