I'll wait for the Zenfone 12 Ultra and new SD 8 Elite phones.

Cameras got better, but only marginally.
12GB of RAM is an utter disappointment though. Did they save $5 or 10?
I expected 12 for SGS 25/25+ and at the very least 16 for SGS 25 Ultra.
Running AI locally requires boatloads of RAM. Even Google went for 16GB in the Pixel 9 Pro. I'm simply confused.

It's 2025 and I still can't find a worthy contender to replace my LG V60. Oh how mighty have fallen...

Without stress test and battery drain tests we can't say much.
One thing became clear after so long AI AI AI talk. AI is for people who don't use native intelligence built in their heads

did you guys mess up the samples or something? the uw cam samples seem to have improper naming, the S25 Ultra is listed as having an f/2.2 camera and the S24 Ultra is listed as having an f/1.9 camera when it should be the other way around based on specs.
And i find the overclocked CPU thing funny, people are gonna act like THAT is the reason why the S series phones are better and that they can "feel" the phone being far smoother cus of that when they cant even notice stutters lmao. The same people who say Antutu and other benchmarks should not be taken seriously cus only Chinese phones win will be quick to say that Samsung has higher points in CPU benchmarking. In reality all of em are just gonna throttle down after a while and the one which has better cooling/less heavy temperature control is gonna win in the end and Samsung has always fared the worst in these cases.

Samsung has outdone themselves this time around. They brought the smallest changes and upgrades to their new series compared to the predecessors. Good job, Sammy. That's real improvement right there. Keep up the good work 👏

Page 2 picture 2 makes me think they could make it easily even thinner the next iteration. Keeping the same battery sizes for another year and making the S26 6.8mm would make sense to me. At least it‘s different from all the other thick phones then.

Wait, I thought there was going to be a 16gb ram variant? 😂
This are the specs of the s24 ultra, the only thing new here is the processor 🤦🏼♂️.
And some of you samsung/die hard fan boys will still find a way to defend this crap? 😂

Barely any improvements, similar specs as last year, on top of that omission of bluetooth connectivity from the s-pen, over emphasis on AI features, staggering prices, where is the industry heading?

2025 and they're still offering only 12gigs of RAM? That's a questionable choice imho

0 innovation lol All about software bullshit that older models are going to get anyways. This is the reason why I sold my Samsung phones earlier this month.
