Since we've reached a point where releasing new phones every year no longer makes sense, because innovation does not keep up, and the main reason for this practice is consumerism, what are some actual, noticeable, upgrades over the years that you have identified in your phones?
I think I can list
-25/45w charging
-waterproofing
-maybe a camera improvement around the Note 8?
-when the battery jumped to 5000mah
-I think the night & zoom cameras have seen improvements

Boring and repititive design with not very good performance. I don't understand why some people attracted to this brand.

It's a shame there's no more air gesture. The S-pen air gesture is very helpful when taking selfies. :D

Yet another disappointing release by Samsung...Apple and Samsung are both stuck in design recycling and chinese manufacturers are taking complete advantage of this and offering devices at cheaper prices gaining market share every year.
Unless you really need a new phone I don't see any substantial reason for the users of atleast s22 and above to upgrade to S25 series.
Another Nokia in making!!

This is one of smartphone releases in 2025 ever, it's amazing to see the brand new slightly-rounded-corners variants of the S24 series.
Anyway, when is Samsung planning to release S25 series?

GSMARENA, If you’re reading this, I really want a detailed comparison between the S25 Ultra and the x200 Pro.
Just like the comparisons you guys used to do before.

Being overclocked makes the soc even worse. The ultra already lacks space for the cooling and increasing the clock speed just makes the heating problem worse.

S25 Edge? That's it?
Not a single word on it other than it's slim/thin?
What a cliff hanger :-)

I'll wait for the Zenfone 12 Ultra and new SD 8 Elite phones.
