Still on the A33 (with the back cover falling off due to age). the only reason I hang on to it the the external storage. each of my 3 samsungs have 512GB Microsd in them (packed with Hi-Res music), upgrading the phone to a newer A series just loses that "luxury" and makes me doubt my next midrange phone will be a Samsung. Oh well, since S7 Edge I have always stuck with Samsung (S series and A series), I guess 2026 will be a brand change

Nowadays, big-screen phones dominate due to popular demand. Suddenly, people are asking—where are the small phones like the Zenfone 10? They’re gone. Perhaps one day they’ll return. Perhaps. But people will likely avoid buying them again in favor of big screens, only to start wishing for small phones once more. Running in circles here.

unxpctd, 03 Mar 2025Just the opposite. Enthusiasts pursue the highest value. Th... moreI meant that guys here are saying things like "this phone will fail" or "this phone ruined that series" and etc., while people who are not big enthusiasts just don't care. Why did small phones stop existing? Because people didn't bought them, they didn't care. Why do phones lose SD and jack?Because most people didn't care enough, and manufacturers just see a possibility to make more money.

It's 2025 and Samsung is trying to sell a phone with a 5000 battery and a width of 78 mm... do they think that everyone has a shovel instead of a hand?? although the C25 has the best width in the world 68-70 mm.

Real usage is far than that, Sutter, lag, hear, drain...
Hard to know what that came from exactly, except Samsung fab process is somewhere crapycrapo.
