fyi I bought an N97 today at the NYC store and it does come with 3 games; Spore by EA, Brain Challenge vol 2, and Guitar Rock Tour. No N-Gage pre-installed though.

I generally agree with the review. Good balance of features, but some features had to be on par with the other competing top of the line units (camera, video, touch). Nonetheless I am probably getting the phone at some point. I feel it has what I require and I have enough incentive to get it.

Does it retain CID name in call log?
N95 does not. It displays name when call is coming in, but if you missed call you have no way to see name in call log. Was it fixed?

why has this not being blessed with 8mp
yes small sensor.. blah blah blah
but 8mp like the one in N86 is just slick

Andrew Tan, 17 Jun 2009No comment on N86 camera, from the sample, it is great but ... moreevery company does touchups... sony erricson has w900, w990, w950, k790, k800, k810... i phone has iphone, iphone 3g.. blackberry has 8310,8300, 8800, 8900... they're all touch ups... n86 also has a OLED screen... nokia purposely released that phone as a trial phone. the reviews of that phone will be used for designing the camera on the n98. and yes the n86 is currently the best rated camera that is availble to buy.

Another touch up from Nokia. E72 touch up from E71 and so on. Too many touch up!
and Nokia put on Carl Zeiss not means other brand lens is garbage.

Don;t worry though, nokia is expected to have atleast 8mp camera with ootical zoom on thier n98. i wish the best to nokia...

I've used all brands of phones, and there's just something about nokia that makes me feel so satisfied. I will stick by nokia especially for this phone becuase it has everything i want and need. If you have a problem with the price, then wait until the price drops (it will when n98 specs are released in 4th quarter)... all phones have thier own pros and cons, it all depends on what you can and can't live without. i'm willing to pay $150 extra for a keyboard... i hate text messaging on alphanumeric keypads, and especially touch screens.
all i have to say is, good luck with finding a phone that makes you happy (i hope you find one)... otherwise wait until somthing that you like is released... until then, PEACE...

At the moment, the greatest camera phone is still Samsung Innov8, it is agreed in every reviewer site.
N82 is huge success, ya correct, sorry for miss out this.
I never hate Nokia, I never hate any brand, what the point? but I also won't blindly following any brand, what the point as well? Which brand out better stuff and that the brand phone I will considered if plan on changing.

Nokia is off course still top ... but why their sales drop 90% in 1st quarter. (if not because of huge selling of 5800XM, they even worst)
SE is even worst because they out nothing same as Nokia, but they notice it and they change it.
I know Blackberry came to India, as I told they just slowly came to Asian. But it is a wide success? Absolutely not.
Memory is kinda cheap, that 32GB won't add much. They is not a huge different between iPhone 16GB vs 32GB | Samsung Omnia 8GB vs 16GB.

Andrew Tan, 17 Jun 2009The last success Nokia done in high-end market is Nokia N95... moren96 is a failure, i admit to that... but then so is the sony x1. that phone lacked in sales so muchhh its not funny. so dont hate on nokia caus they messed up a couple of phones. Look at all the improvements they made... look at the battery life, the build quality, the camera quality, the looks everything is improved. and by the way, after the n95 8gb, the n82 was a HUGE seller. the n82 was amazing, the n96 is amazing for its camera so dont say they haven't come out with anything. the n96 has been rated the BEST camera on ANY phone yet... lets see if samsung or se can compete with that.
