this is the god of all phones...............and those who like nokia i guess they know well that the satio is in the lead of any handset on the market

My Satio has very good audio quality!
I guess that GSMArena has made a mistake when measuring the frequency response.
If GSMArena has done measurements using the bundled headset, like attaching probes to its wires, they have instead measured the characteristics of the digital filters used for compensating the non perfect frequency response of the bundled headset!

guys stop using MEDIAGO and download VIDEORA Nokia 5800 Converter...it wil convert all ur videos for SATIO...and its free...

I really don't understand why people think Samsung phones are THAT much better. Besides the weak battery for Satio, they AT LEAST have a GREAT camera lens cover unlike the Omnia HD and Pixon12 (don't even get me started with HTC phones). If the camera and video capabilities are the selling points of the phone, shouldn't it be well protected? Just that point alone makes me turned off with the two above phones because I have a Viewty and am SUPER annoyed till this day (it's been 2 years) with the lack of a camera lens cover.
So give SE credit for protective the phone's most valuable asset!
Speaking of weak battery, for those who own a Satio, how often does the phone need recharging? Max. 2 days?

As a matter of fact the audio is waaaay better in my Satio than in my Iphone 3G. No worries mate! Bad Sound Kills Good Music!

given, this is not a walkman series phone, but to have tinnier audio than the iphone is just purely insulting.
good thing i won't be owning this phone- i will be getting the X2- provided it is released in Australia at all

I just got the handset, it is an excellent choice of handset, with which I am very happy, its only downfall being that it constantly needs charging! But an all round lush handset!!

If you ask me, Satio is the best on the market at the moment. Of course certain functions is more important for some than others. There will never be a flawless phone that attracts everyone and fulfill their desires. As I've said all along, this phone is THE phone for me at the moment. If I didn't like it I would have told you so, even if it's a SE, belive me. I hated w995 because of the crappy IS and the camera is an important function for me in a phone. Tell me, what is it about Satio that you don't like?

It does NOT convert video (w... moreyour an idiot. Media Go does convert it slow, but if you do it overnight it also charges the phone so who cares. If your doing a heap of videos and converting them on your computer, THEN putting them on your mobile that that takes even longer!!!
Sick of fools that use something once and then bag it for not knowing how it works.

Well of course I love ... moreYes, I do believe there is a certain attraction among Swedes to their national brand Ericsson:) Many Swedes I've worked with only use SE phones (even when they are inferior to other brands) at work as a matter of policy.
Anyway, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and tastes. I was only pointing out that your comments are NOT A REVIEW, and especially not an impartial one. That's it.
And like I mentioned yesterday, I also find the Satio attractive in some aspects, even though it compromises on others. Problem is, a phone of this class and this price should not have compromises - or at least have fewer of them.

But if you think that everyone in Sweden buy phones from Sony Eericsson just because Ericsson is swedish, then you are just ignorant. Didn't you notice my history of phones?? HTC diamond, Iphone, Nokia n95, HTC Hero... I'm plainly very satisfied with my Satio and I warmly recommend the phone. You should try it out yourself. You would love it!
