- The phone sound hardware is good, but:
- The default hearphones (that comes with the phone) are low quality. So try to connect some quality hearphones to the phone.
- The default firmware (software) that comes with the phone produces low volume sound. By updating the firmware to the most recent version, the volume will be ok. Try to update the phone firmware.

hi friend! If you are looking for a good camera than dont buy it.I'm using c5 for 3 months and my review about its camera is poor performance and below average. when you compare this3.2 camera with samsung 3.2 than yoy give it 2.5 whereas samsung 4 and nokia n 73 obtained 4.5 marks out of 5. The disadvantage of its camera is
1. you cant mute its sound as a result you cant take a snap of anyone in restricted area like classroom. it always created sound after every snap (also in silent mode)
2. no interesting features like smile detection etc which present in sony elm
3. NO AUTOFOCOUS
4. Night images are very poor

Overall its camera is 3.2mp but in performance it is nearby 2mp.
I think you are satisfied with my review.

I've been using this phone for 4 months now and I'm rather satisfied. It has a solid frame (I have dropped it 5 times or so from a reasonable height) and fits easily into my pocket. Covering the back cover and the screen of the phone with an invisible shield should prevent any expected damage as I have done.
The camera is good and performs reasonably well when it's dark. The handiest feature for me is Ovi Maps, which is very accurate and does not require internet access (to locate most areas). Overall it's very fast, cheap (got it for $280) and the battery is excellent, highly recommended.

I am using C7 since 5 months. I never seen him hanged. Amongst all the series released by Nokia, according to me C-Series is one of the most reliable (even than E-Series!!) series. Today I bought C5 based on my own experience of C7 and I am damn sure that my decision will never make me disappointed.

i am using C5 last 2 months and there is only one problem is sound and now that problem is aiso solved in old version 32 sound is very low and in new version 061.005 sound perfomance is good

Hy people....this phone is having a good price but I'm curious about the camera...on the nokia website it's adverrtised as "full focus" camera...back in the review it is called a fixed focus camera "Sadly, there is no autofocus either (so, close-ups are a no-go for the C5)"...so is there an error?

the best place to buy a good nokia c5-00 with no problem is in nokia office or shop
