AH, 09 Sep 2010Im not sure I like the full multitasking. I remember on my ... moreUsed a friend jailbreaked iphone all day long. Even with limited multitasking it gives an error when opening +10mb pdf files.
The multitasking is crappy, if you put a file to download and switch to another web page it pauses completly the page with the pdf viewer loading (wtf ? apple).
My friend also had a task killer added to his jailbreaked iphone. Because apps and wifi would always turn on by themselves and intefere with 3g browsing. So far aside from the very smooth and beautiful (but cold shouldered) os, iOs 4 is more a fail than a win to me. The only thing that works properly like real multitasking is the ipod function and even sometimes it stopped when loading certain apps.

Im not sure I like the full multitasking. I remember on my old pocket pc. All I used to do is go into running apps and stop them all the time. It was very annoying. I think Apples way is quite ingenious really. My friend with a HTC android had to download an app to close running programs, and he accidently stopped his alarm clock so he ended up sleeping in. Sometimes there is a benefit to locking down phones.

naved, 08 Sep 2010nd have gud luck with that plastic toy..well then no iHassels in galaxy s is the deal breaker i suppose.
not the crappy (buzz Retina) screen (13.5 : 9) :D
the multitasking.. innovative and simple from crApple :D
the FM radio or the lack of it :)
no Flash support
the inability to share music via bluetooth
the inability to copy and play videos on the fly
the inability to house a Regular simple sim card
the non replacable iBattery
well then was it the shiny rubber bumper that must have made you really go for it :D afterall its free :)
the iPhone is really worth the iHassels... ever thought what would u do if you were using ur ebook reader, running a download on the download manager in parallel and you need to look up the dictionary? :D happy multitasking :)
hardly deal breaker? :)

hello Apple fan,
Antenna issue is purely "hardware design" issue. The only way to solve is to remove the iPhone4 cover and redesign. It is no way to solve this issue by software update. What Apple can do is to "Cheat" the Signal Strength Indicator Bar by software update. User will not know whether it is 1 bar or 3 bar strength voice quality as it is digital. Software can simply "fake" with look up table to map the 1 bar above to show as 3 bars or more. So, normal user will not able to see the sudden drop in signal strength by touching the body.
However, the real problem is when there is real weak signal, it will surely drop the call.
Good luck to iPhone4 users!

Roxie Lugo (FB), 08 Sep 2010Galaxy S hands down is better than the iP4 in my opinion.
... more...continue.... as far as Samsung Kies, yes it is kind of slow but if you adjust your settings to "Mass Storage" it runs way better.
when running Froyo2.2, gs will have more raw power than iphone4/ipad processor. iOS4 is still lagging behind, from full multitasking, live widgets, web flash, more free apps in app store, galaxy's ability to play HD Divx, Xvid, Avi, MPG, MKV, FLV etc, HDMI out wirelessly, wireless i-tunes syncing, mobile wifi hotspot, more advanced social networking integration, superior notification system, and the massive customisibility. Verdict: Win for Galaxy S

Galaxy S hands down is better than the iP4 in my opinion.
GS 4inch screen with S-Amoled Vs ip4 3.5 glass scrtach screen
Galaxy S has a better presentation when it comes to screen size and appearance.
GS has TW3 operating system and iP4 has the iOS which has been known as a user friendly operating system but with IOS4 you cannot mark all emails as read or unread you cannot snooze a calendar reminder you cannot play divx xvid mpeg4 wmv you cannot drag and drop media to and from device you cannot use any old usb cable and have to use itunes and quicktime you cannot have a spare battery you cannot put your HD media on a SERIES of external memory sticks (when you go on holiday, for example) facebook contacts will not sync unless the contact names are identical or you get a special app to do that ;) you will never have freedom with the front facing camera, and will be tied to apple's proprietory facetime instead of freedom with android. "processor" on the Galaxy S is the same speed, but Galaxy S has a far superior graphics processing ability and will be much faster for gaming/graphics rendering. Android OS is far more customiseable, has far more features, is open and does not "sandbox" applications like iOS does... so Samsung Galaxy S by far is clearly superior. Just food for thought.....lol

After reading all of the comments I'm now stuck what to believe and which hand set to buy..
The next step is to see personally both of the sets then it'll be a final one whether to buy ip4 or galaxy s?

app for radio
app to view youtube
app to allow native file copying via bluetooth
but seriously if you consider paying more for stuff and then using your gadget in severely 'crippled' way to do simplest of tasks.. then i dont have an answer to you :) good luck with the iToy
btw will that shiny brand of 'Multitasking' do you think that your 'APPS' will work with other apps? :P
hardly a deal breaker? really ?
