Richie, 29 Sep 2010Why NOKIA why???
This is a complete waste of everyone's ti... moresome frequent travellers have a different SIM card for every country they visit. a device like this allows one to carry & use these SIM cards with a device that gets great reception and is very reliable at minimal costs. With a device like this one changes the active SIM card when one crosses the border.
All mobile phone users are not rich. For many the mobile phone is an tool that aids there business. If costs are all important to one there are many reason$ that two sim cards are superior to one.

Why NOKIA why???
This is a complete waste of everyone's time and an unnecessary addition to the NOKIA line of hansets.
This cannot even compete with the least of Chinese dual similar phones let alone the likes of SAMSUNG.
Please NOKIA come again!!!

Why people believe on Nokia after closing their eyes. Samsung also launched SAMSUNG GURU 26, in 2000/- having dual standby and dual sim. Both sims can active at same time. Its quality is also good.

What's the point of introducing dual-sims card phone where one can only be use at one time??????? The chinese mobile maker have been selling dual active sims cards phones for years & they have been packing in higher & better spec into their "budget phone"!!!!!!!
Nokia never learned from the Samsung dual sims card mistake....
Nokia C1-00 is nothing more than a glorified budget phone with a touch light.......

Cheap dual SIM phones have a use, even if you can't use them both at he same time, different carriers have different promotions and discounts on sms, call rates, etc..

what is the use of dual SIM phone?? it is for people who have multiple contacts / businesses - so a dual sim phone should not be 'ultra basic' like this... it has to have business features... no company has touched this aspect... does a businessman/women need torch??? no!!! this phone will sell in good nos., but it does not even look close to address it's major following - businesspeople. it is a failure to me.

it's 2010 and there is still not 1 high-end dual sim? Why?! Why would people who can only afford a 50 dollar have 2 SIM cards? It makes no sense! Business men need more numbers! And they also need a high end uber smart phone. Is it just me, or do pretty much all companies these days have no sense of what people actually need?

I can't see the practicality of buying such phone. Nokia must put a dual standby.

Very nice that GSMarena have found time to review a budget phone! I know that high-enders' market is rising, but most people in the world can't afford a high-end phone and don't need one. Thanks!
