      SE Arc S scores 2000 points in Quadrant while SGS Plus scores only 1400. Both handsets have the same hardware and still there is this huge difference performance-wise. (I quote GSMArena results in the respective reviews.) Does anyone know how to explain this?

          I wonder why this sgs+ is getting lower score on Nenamark2 with avg 15.9 fps??

          somehow my Xperia Neo and HTC DHD (both same snapdragon and adreno 205) can get 17-20 fps.. which is higher than sgs+ with 1.4ghz cpu..

          weird.. Neo equiped with GB 2.3.3 and this sgs+ also 2.3.3..

                    COPYISM, 30 Jul 2011This is pure crap! It's not a year old design but actually ... moreSo funny...
                    You have to work a little bit with mathematics and numbers man...The original SGS was available and Released (different to ANNOUNCED) on 2010 June, so it's one year and 2 months exactly. O_o
                    Samsung Galaxy s copy from iphone 3g[s]? Sorry but what copy? Just design only you mean? Because the hardware is completely and totally different...
                    The SGS is at the same level and better of Iphone 4 about tech actually.
                    Wake up! ...You have to study a bit more in my opinion
                    cheers ;-)

                                Anonymous, 29 Jul 2011Why are you even comparing arc to this? Arc is crap, gsmare... moreArc is crap???? I don't think so, look all Galaxy s phones it's all the same, covered by CHEAP, CHEAP and CHEAP PLASTIC. That things makes the SGS so VERY CHEAP that's why SGS userS looks so CHEAP TOO!!! And no matter how fast or how good the SGS they still looks CHEAP!!! Look at the iphone user, they look nice and neat with a touch of class even the HTC users. :) LOL .....by the way Nexus S is a nice phone too.

                                  Wow android is incredibly smooth and tbh the only OS that matches that smoothness is WP7 as much as it pains me to say that.

                                      @GSM Arena team:

                                      There is a typo on the first page under "Disadvantages":

                                      The GPU is an Adreno 205 not Aderno :)

                                        this is so hilarious, current android phones have such powerful cpus and graphics, yet they still are choppy and unreliable. even the first iphone (2007) was smoother than they are now
