      It's not expensive read in the last line in the introduction "on October 24 for $699"

      The only problem is... would be fit 800X400 pixels apps/games in the market?
      Because Galaxy tab owners suffer from pixel problem

        Please test the drawing capabilities of the stylus, lots of artists are interested in this as a portable digital sketchpad. Also the word out there is that the stylus is produced by wacom?

          What a FAIL! Too big for a phone and too small for a tablet. Why in the world did Samsung follow the steps of the Dell Streak which was obsolete for a reason.

            Please dont forget to test GPS... AGPS startup and consistency of gps feed (since SGS 1 GPS problems i dont trust Sammy that much) Also lot of phones overheat when plugged in for charging and running GPS + navigation in cars... resulting in warning message ... phone is overheating charging has been disabled... which eventually leads to loosing navigation due to lack of battery .... these tests of phones i can not find anywhere...

              I don't care I want this phone, by hook or by crook. Big screen phones. Tablet? Too bulky already. This is just nice. Angry Bird - anyone?

                big but still manageable and fit into my business pants pocket and cargo pants pocket, or bermudas.... maybe not pocketable for ladies in their slim/tight jeans... but well, what are handbags for... ? :)

                Will try it when it hit the stores. Thumbs up Samsung. This shows you listens to your customers for coming up with this product.

                  Still crazy expensive. They need to lower the price to actually sell this to a lot of people.
                  Samsung better get the pricing right!

                    Why is eveyone complaining about this phone not fitting into pockets? As soon as we got 3.7inch smartphones we started using belt pouches. Phones bigger than 3.5inch look stupid in pockets anyway. If anyone is embarassed to raise to the ears then they should use bluetooth. This is the best smartphone in the wotld.

                      Feels like a rushed job just to fill all the gaps if anyone ask me.Samsung's huge dilemma(s) are understandable though not as easily;

                      1. You can't cram that many pixels and res on anything lower than 5" before you start to break the UI.It's doable on stock Android most probably.Not so sure about any newer TouchWiz thing they got going on in there.Or maybe that's exactly Samsung's prob?

                      2. They should have waited till Kal El or any ref quad core ARM that they can tweak on 1st the way they did with Hummingbird and Exynos.No sense in trying to stretch price points at top end dual core Androids at this point just for the heck of it.This is a huge dilution risk for the current Galaxy line.

                      The 3rd option are the easiest even if the Note are meant to do just that; Thicken up the current GS2's back to accommodate the 2k mAh batt, hold the res and clock up the SoC to revise.Job done.

                        PenTile = less DPI than an RGB screen at the same size and resolution...

                              Wonder what bullshit apple will come up with to try and get this banned? My guess is apple will claim samsung copied them by having vowels in its name!

                                        Way big for a casual phone. It will sell to Geeks(not me) and Business users if they prefer this small size instead of a Tablet.
