Wow. Price is outrageous!!
Cdn is 3 yr contract, full upgrade at 2yr mark and we pay 180 for the SG2. Currently on sale for $25 bucks for the last month.

thank you guys for all the reviews and the hard work that you always put to make all of us happy and be always informed, just have to say one thing, i just went last night and got my galaxy S2 from Tmobile and you stated it come in the box with the MHL adapter included ( or at least what T-Mobile Want to show you ) in reality it does not you have to buy your own for 19.99+Tax. i just want to let everyone know that it does not come with the MHL Adapter.
Thank you again and keep the good Work.
Regards
Aiman

how come you never review real use of the video camera.. try taking a video at your kids music performance or any loud environment.. on the sgs ii (euro version) all you get is noise.. my guess is that this is the same as they are using the same crappy audio chipset .. please review this in the future.. I find my sgs ii unuseable for this reason.
Also test average gps lock time..

disapointing to see the cost listed at $250; Given contract premiums and likely replacement in less than 2 years actual ownership cost is will be more... xman

You might want to fix your review, the connectivity section, where you say it lacks TMobile's AWS band support. It obviously has it, and does not have Quad 3G.

The original Galaxy S & S II can also unlock by swyping in any direction even if the arrows only point sideways.

It seems based on the earlier news articles that version III is coming so why buy this phone and it is a lot slower than the iPhone 4s. My friend has this mobile and it is a great looker but poor reception issues and overheating.

Im want to purchase one of the galaxy S II but cant decide which i want even after reading the review.
This review suggest that t-mobile version is "slower" but faster in internet speed am i right?
isnt faster internet speed going to be meaningless if the browser itself loads slower?
Im going to be using it mostly for
1. playing some games while waiting room of some sort
2. Reading manga online
3. Watching video from youtube
4. Very little need for photo/video taking
5. Very little need for downloaded video
which of the versions should i go for?
